If Myriad go for using Parsortix to catch the CTC's from a blood sample, Foundation Medicine and others will be very interested. Illumina have basically already confirmed CTC's do have complementary biomarkers as Angle (and others) have proved. In tests some ***biomarkers were missed*** when not also analysing the CTC's at the same time. So, it follows that anyone looking for biomarkers in any blood sample should use "dual analysis". That being CtDna (the analysis of fragments of DNA in the blood) combined with the DNA analysis of CTC's (the DNA analysis of whole circulating tumour cells). If they don't use dual analysis important biomarkers might be missed. So why not do the "dual analysis"? Oh, I know why. Because Angle Plc are the only Company in the World that offer this service. Why? Because their parsortix machine catches uncontaminated 99% live CTC cells ideal for DNA analysis.

They could bid for Genedrive Plc as their share sholders may have more appetite for investment in the UK, Europe, and then of course on FDA clearance the USA. 2.5p a share and Genedrive is theirs in my opinion. £15 million ish. Bargain basement price if you ask me.

Do you mean "first mover advantage"? Parsortix is used for baseline CTC enumeration and performs similar to Cellsearch. If Parsortix is used to filter out the CTC's they are 99% alive and intact so can also undergo DNA analysis as well. I think your point is Parsortix is FDA cleared for filtering out Breast cancer CTC's, so is Cellsearch. However Cellseach has some disadvantages as it can't catch some cancer cells:-

CTCs that have undergone EMT and no longer express these markers may not be detected."

This is good news for Angle, Cellsearch and of course Breast cancer treatment.

3. Sales team needs changing/strengthening. As far as we know sales to the European Union are very poor.

4. The more than one year delay in submitting the FDA application for the MT-RNR1 is unacceptable.

Communicating with him as he can't be trusted. Most others have. If no-one talks to him hopefully he will disappear for good.

Made considerable progress over the last few months then the management need to sort it out. Sales people who don't get sales are a total waste of money. I suspect the sales team have little or no experience selling to the European Union. If that is the case then Gino and Russ should have brought on board a "European" or "International" sales Director to lead the way. Someone with experience. If the sales team have not gained at minimum half a dozen EU hospitals as clients in the last say 3 months then they have failed. If so urgent changes are needed. Maybe Gino and Russ are to weak to make the big decisions. That is what I suspect.

If you simply give a hospital the facts about the MT-RNR1 and it's ability to weed out babies that might go deaf because of antibiotics I should think ANY hospital would want one, or more. The sales pitch could hardly be better.
