If he's filled the forms out right I think he has 5.6%, not 10.06%.

Are not interested in the deal between Myriad and Angle. It is inconceivable. Possibly adding CTC DNA analysis from a blood sample to the existing same for solid tissue would mean an initial result in just a few weeks. The solid tissue analysis currently takes 14 days from Myriad receiving the tissue sample. But how long does it take to get that! Some cases would involve having a minor operation just to get the sample! Could take months.

In a way it's actually good that AN has a reputation for NOT signing deals, strange as it may seem. In view of the fact they only have 120 ish employees I suppose he needs to bear in mind, believe it or not, that there is only so much capacity in the lab at Angle. One big deal and if another one was on the cards how could they do the lab work?

Seems to make sense. Also remarkable coincidense the two add up to just ove 10%. 10.06% in fact. If the form was filled in incorrectly what do you get? A slap on the wrist, and a stern "don't do that again"?

Likely this person intends to use his additional rights to do something or he would probably stopped @ 9.99%.
