Personally I can't see Myriad Genetics not doing some sort of deal with AGL that is significantly meaningful.

1. It is already proven that the DNA analysis of CTC's finds about 50% more cancer biomarkers that CtDna alone, or tissue analysis.

- So this is a technical issue to add this to the existing tissue analysis Myriad already do, with thousands of clients.

2. Adding the analysis of CTC's would be fantastic publicity for Myriad. This alone, with the sales capability of a Company like Myriad will make a lot of money for them. Just to be able to say "including CTC analysis" is worth a fortune in itself.

My view is they need to raise £1.5m, which would have been about 3 months worth. But they need to cut costs so that is 4 months worth. The FDA application for the MT-RNR1 is absolutely vital. Gino needs to understand that. Once the FDA application is in GDR will attract USA shareholders and the sp will go up considerably.

I believe Mr Newland WAS talking to a lot of potential clients. Did he exaggerate somewhat? Probably. But we know he talked to Illumina and we collaberate with them now. We know he talked to Myriad Genetics as we have a deal with them. We know he talked to Astrazeneca and Eisai Inc. because we had deals with them. We know he has had meetings with the NHS about posibly adding Angle's "dual analysis" to their current lung cancer analysis. It's quite possible Mr Newland has just been incredibly unlucky in not getting "the deal" that AGL needed, and still needs. Must happen.

It won't be more than 3.5p a share or even close. Most likely 2p to 2.5p a share. It would succeed IMHO making a lot of people very annoyed.

1. The Directors need to take a 25% pay cut until the Company posts a £250K profit. Then that pay level restored + 5%.

2. The monthly expenditure needs slashing. Minimum sales staff for the UK (two?).

3. All but essential staff made redundant.

4. New International sales director with experience selling to the European Union. Needs to be fluent in at least 3 languages.

New International sales staff. Say 2nr. who speak at least two languages.

5. I'm beginning to think Gino is a problem here. Why is he CEO and Chief Scientific Officer. Who's idea was that? Was it to justify his pay demands? No-one can properly do 2 jobs, it's daft. One job is difficult enough at that level. Gino should be moving heaven and Earth to get the FDA application in for the

MT-RNR1. I am fuming mad the application has STILL not gone in. Why? We know NHS data can be used for the "as used live" data. THERE IS NO EXCUSE GINO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If he losses his job then he definately has himself to blame.

The problem appears to be that if the first markers you find are good enough, then it is not worth even $50 to find any more.

Your reply is flawed.

1. The tissue sample analysis may not find ANY biomarkers, or any that mean the targeted treatment can be used.

So you could try a further test and hopefully find a relevant one.

2. A tissue sample analysis is not always possible (brain, bone cancer etc...).

So a test from a blood sample is the only option. Using Angle's test you have twice the chance of finding a relevant biomarker than using CtDna only.

3. If the original tissue sample does indicate a relevant biomarker it is patently out of date compared to an analysis of blood.

A further test could confirm the cancer cells still show biomarkers.

3. Why pay for a CtDna "up to date"report that might miss half the markers that are there to be found using Angle dual analysis.

tbow112. Angle's "dual analysis" must be a winner! The ONLY test of it's kind IN THE WORLD.

Finder, for want of a better description, that finds about twice the amount of biomarkers as CtDna alone from a standard blood sample. Validated by Illumina, amoungst others. If your cancer has certain biomarkers you may be eligable for modern targeted treatment. The problem Angle have is their sales team, headed I assume by Brett Swansiger, simply have not delivered the goods. How on Earth this service is not swamped with orders already is a testament to the sales teams complete and utter failure. Hopefully Jan will sort out this obvious problem.

Hopefully that was your 6th and last post.

Meanwhile I have been using A.I. to see if when Myriad Genetics add live and intact circulating tumour cells (caught with parsortix) to their existing tests they will have the market leading test. Looking very good indeed. Even the best genetic analysis competition Plc's do not (yet?) catch the broad range of CTC's that parsortix can. Thus Myriad will have easily the best sample to test. Simples! Also the Myriad tests do use DNA sequencing and that is as good as it gets.

We shoud be asking why has he got 2 titles, why is he CEO and why is he paid so much IMHO.

He should be the Chief Scientific officer only and working 24/7 to get the FDA application in for the MT-RNR1.

Cut his pay in half and employ a CEO that is used to running a Plc is my suggestion.

Staff are too? Where is all the money going? It must be the wages. In view of the situation they should all accept a 25% cut in wages until such time the Company can report a profit. If they don't they may not have a job at all. Simple. The directors pay is outrageous.

Standard CtDna does. This is key. Lung cancer now, other cancer tyoes to follow.

Dual analysis is the key, and only Angle's lab offers it anywhere in the World (only as of the last 3 months or so). OK it's only for lung cancer at the moment but it's a big World. Also the UK's NHS is considering a pilot study, I can't see than not happening myself. And it uses an Illumina assay panel. Some lung cancer drugs target certain biomarkers. If you want to find out if your lung cancer patient has these biomarkers, where do you send your blood sample for analysis? To Angle Plc because their dual analysis has twice the chance of finding the patients cancer has suitable biomarkers. Lung cancer is just the start. Remember this is WORLDWIDE.
