On the safe side the price of Brent crude is $55 and we are in the middle of a merger!
I would have thought piling in here would be relatively safe and the sp could easily double, or more as the price of Brent is so much higher. Monday will be interesting!!!!!!

hang on a minute.
25m people are 50 or over (iwas working on 67m total population of uk).
So if 16m are covered that is just over 65% of vulnerable people.
Should see big reduction in indfections in the next 3 weeks.

nearly 12m of the UK population (give it 12 days for last ones to kick in) should be protected.
The we obviously have what.......... another say 4m who have had it but had no symptoms???
So maybe in a week or so 16m people will not be getting ill with covid??
That would be 25%, or one quarted of the entire population of the UK.

I mean are these people completely and utterly stupid? The Pharma Co's are mostly to blame as they, I can only presume SIMPLY MUST HAVE SEEN massive problems coming down the line. They simply MUST have realised.

looking to invest in India are going to avoid doing so if if ignores an International arbitraction ruling. They still have time to pay before this gets all over the Worlds press and investors cross India off the list as being extreme high risk.

25m x 2 jabs = 50m jabs. Less 7m already done = 43m.
43m / 3.25m a week = 13 weeks, or just over 3 months.
Feb, March, April. At current vaccination rate it seems practically all those who might end up in Hospital will be vaccinated by mid May this year. Just about all who get it under 50 years old don't need hospital treatment, this is the key. They get it they get ill, then they recover and have natural immunity.
Looking at it this way things don't look so bad!!

They don't know yet if 2 doses will mean you can't catch it (with no symptoms) and still pass it on.
The Government will have to draw the line somewhere, once more information is available.
This information should come from Israel over the coming several weeks as they have vaccinated more of their population than anyone else. They are collecting data on it all apparently.
Of course in the UK eventually is will be "pass it on to who" as most if not all the population will be vaccinated.
I'm sure the USA will get it's vacccinating act together now they have a president who shows intesest. LOL! Trump would have won the election if he had shown more interest in the 300K deaths etc and the vaccine rollout. Amazing he did not.
The EU (that we left!) apparently made a massive mistake months ago by NOT investing like the UK and the USA did in vaccine production etc... The UK have vaccinated more people in the last 3 days than France has in TOTAL. I mean, how embarrassing is that? Macron will be shown the door becasue of this I should think.
If you can catch covid as a spreader even after 2 shots then people will have to isolate for 5 days, then have a test. Advanced in testing over the coming months no doubt will bring that down. Eventually maybe a test willl just take a few hours.

Once anyone on Earth has had 2 jabs of an internationally recognised covid 19 vaccine why on Earth would tourist destinations barr them from going there? Economic suicide.
It makes perfect sense for the UK Government to let UK residents who have had 2 jabs to go abroad. It also makes perfect sense for any Country in the World to welcome those people in!
Give it 4-6 weeks UK people who have had 2 jabs will be jetting off on holiday again IMHO. Small amount of people building up day by day, week by week as the jabs are administered.

I was thinking 500k Monday to Friday, then maybe 500K over Sat and Sun.
So we are looking at OVER 3M A WEEK, possibly 3.25m a week.
I'm pleasantly stunned!!

However as luck would have it we also ordered 40m Pfizer shots, and they were the first to be approved.
Looks like the UK have had a stroke of luck as presumably if Astra maintain the 2m a week the other 1m can come from Pfizer. This picture could have been so much worse.
Likely the Government will allow travelling abroad one you have had the 2nd jab.

When I originally posted that they were up 5.2% on that day.
I have bought one tranche of EZJ for what I hope will be a 30% or more return in 3 months time or so. I have previously posted this. I presume you have a short position and are under the illusion posting here will make the sp move in your favour. I am confident EZJ will survive covid so am looking to buy more on weakness, again with a 3 month or so view on a decent return. It seems to me if we can continue to vaccinate 500K people every day the amount of people who have had 2 jabs, and so are 90% ish protected is increasing rapidly. I'm thinking in due course those with 2 jab certification will be allowed to travel, except to Brazil & South Africa. I think in 8 weeks time we will be at that stage and loads of people will be flying again.

We have about 6m who have had the first jab.
About 500,000 have had the 2nd.
so 6.5m jabs to date roughly.
About 67m people in the uk.
A quarter of the population are under 20 I just googled.
67m /4 x 3 = 50m need to be vaccinated.
50m x 2 jabs = 100 million jabs, less the 6.5m already done = 93m roughly
93/ 3 = 31 weeks, or 8 months.
BUT after about half the population are vaccinated it should struggle to spread.
So 4 months.
Also after 4 months about 25m people will be vaccinated and be allowed to travel.
Indeed every week that goes by 1.5m people should have had 2 jabs and thus be allowed to travel.
Looks to me like after FEB, March, April, May.......... so by June we should be on top of this, at least compared to now.
