IF HBR indicate the Falklands are back in play in HBR's trading update NEXT WEDNESDAY. With the oil price @ $73.22 the chances of this are clearly far better than 6 months ago!! Worth a small punt here I think. I already hold.

but why on Earth has HBR fallen under 20p? I would have thought the directors would be having parties evry day with Brent over $60, let alone over $70............ and now we are at $73 !!!
Really crazy. When we get the update next Wednesday it's difficult to see how it could be bad news. The actual value of oil still in the ground must have rocketed up, apart from anything else.

honour the International Arbitration ruling against them in favour of Cairn. Let's be clear. This is COMPENSATION for money wrongly taken from Cairn by applying retrospective tax laws (i.e. intorduce a law that means you have to pay tax on oil produced PREVIOUSLY, not FROM NOW ON, which is as I understand it International law). Somre might call it DAYLIGHT ROBBERY to maybe finance space exploration??

presumably there is a big seller at that level. Maybe a Co' ovber exposed after the merger and share shinanagans of the last 5 months or so.
