So far HAVE NOT followed Astrazeneca's and Eisai Inc's lead in finding out what the circulating tumour cells can tell us (see previous AGL RNS's). What the hell is wrong with these Companies? To me is is totally obvious that any cancer drug trial should test the circulating tumour cells before, during and after the trial. FFS is they don't test them during a trial then they will never find out what their expensive drug does to the CCT's! I think it's scandellous. Enough to make one's blood boil.

? test the circulating tumour cells (CTC'S) to find out the PD-L1 level by catching the CTC'S using Angles Parsortix machine?? This should identify who would benefit most from the treatment. durvalumab (Imfinzi) works by blocking PD-L1.......... Imfinzi in all over the news today. Google it.

More coverage because they suspect they will struggle to keep up with orders from the NHS for the Genedrive® CYP2C19-ID Kit now it has neen recommended for use in the whole NHS? All IMHO.

Are, or will be the markets for Genedrives 2 machines. The key is simply the speed of result, is it not?

1. Stroke victims. Genedrive CYP2C19. On diagnosis the medic needs to quickly know whether they can use Clopidogrel blood thinner or not as some people are resistant to it. Sending off to a lab and waiting many hours or even days to find out is simply not practical. The Genedrive CYP2C19 gives an answer in about an hour.

2. Babies suspected of having sepsis. Genedrive® MT-RNR1 ID. On diagnosis the medic needs to quickly know whether they can use the cheap commonly used antibiotic or not. This antibiotic can occasionally cause total deafness to susceptible babies. Sending off to a lab and waiting many hours or even days to find out is simply not practical. The Genedrive® MT-RNR1 ID gives an answer in about an hour.

To the medic. For a baby that has suspected sepsis, or a person who has just had their 1st stroke the medic will choose the 1hr option and use the Gendrive machine every time. I mean, it's that or wait hours if not days for a lab!! LOL!! That is completely obvious to people with an ounce of sense. You seem to be lacking this. Your position on this is actually quite funny.
