The bid/ask price the same means a MAJOR trade has happened and caught the mm's out. Brokers say the price is in "backwardation". Mega trade gone though I suspect......... and the sp is up.......

The way I see it.

1. Stroke confirmed by scan.

2. Test using GDR's CYP2C19-ID machine to decide what drug to use.

3. Result about 1 hour later.

4. Administer drug. Possibly free up bed too.

5. Next patient......

Makes complete sense to me.

Talk of waiting hours or days for the result from a lab is ridiculous IMHO.

What is the patient has another stroke and dies while waiting for the result?

If is eventually recommended over a lab test then that would be even better. But in practice I cannot see doctors waiting a day or more for an answer from a lab as to what drug to administer. Can you? They need an answer asap! As I understand it if you have a stroke you are quite likely to have another one within a week or so. As we know the drugs are to thin out the blood and hopefully avoid this. Delay could be fatal it seems to me. I can't see anything but extreme strong demand for this machine.

The NICE recommendation has opened a massive Worldwide market for GDR. I think they will struggle to keep up with demand as it stands. In practice when you have a machine sitting there that can give an answer in about an hour, or you could send off and wait a day or more what are the doctors at the sharp end going to do? Blindingly obvious to me. Get the answer, prescribe the right drug, and may free up a bed as well. I mean this is kids stuff. The Hospitals need to get their orders in fast or they may have quite a wait.

The ***whole of the NHS** is now cleared to use the machine. Orders don't take long to do. IMHO highly likely GDR will be receiving loads of orders for these machines going forward. Many of these departments will no doubt be aware of what the machine can offer already and they can place the orders now.. To me that is OBVIOUS. All IMHO.

Think of. However when overhangs clear an sp usually takes off bigtime. Maybe back above 4p sooner then you think. Clearly the market values GDR at up to 4.7p a share just in the last few weeks.
