Sometimes 1 of the major share holders can block a bid. Also if they don't have the % they can team up with another major share holder to block a bid. The beauty of GDR is they don't have any major share holders!!! Well, yet.....................................................Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Holy ****!! Usually there are major share holders who have what 12%, 7%, 8%, etc....... Any bidder has the hastle of taking to them. Wil you sell for 8p a share.............. pretty please with sugar on top?? Please?? There are none. It's us!!!!!!!!!!!

Why did this not occur to me before. They have no makor investor to persuade to sell their shares if there is a bid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just the board, and they coul not stop it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have the MT-RNR1 ID kit and every accident and emergency ward in every UK hospital should have theGenedrive® CYP2C19-ID Kit. Getting the results in both cases in around an hour is key. Sending off to a lab for results takes too long and so is totally impractical. Sales re going to ROCKET IMHO.

I believe it means he would not be aware of any major news that is about to break. They have put out RNS's with the recent good news and that this news is expected to drive sales. So if it does substancially drive up sales then the public have already been made aware that is expected............ He want's in, obviously.

Also if emailed orders start to arrive, even if some are huge, he would be in the clear, unless the Trust that placed the order has already told him about said order. He has done this now, while he can.
