A share. At the moment your shares are worth 1.85p each as that is the bid price. 6p a share is a high price for a bid, why can't you see that? It's over 3 fold the current bid price is it not? Dreams of 12p a share are just that, dreams. Or, give it a few years and a lot of good luck.........

Underestimated the demand for the Parsortix machine. The Pharma Co's baulked at developing and paying for the assays (tests) that are needed to interrogate the cancer patients circulating tumour cells (CTC’s). However, it is still a patented machine that can catch CTC’s from a standard blood sample. These are 99% alive and intact, ideal for analysis. As per the last RNS the focus now is NOT on selling the machines. Instead it is Angle developing the assays the Pharma Co's want. Then using the machines and the assays to get the information the Pharma Co's want from the CTC’s during cancer drug trials. Potentially tens, if not hundreds of millions of pounds profit. The machine, it's capabilities and usefulness are the backbone of Angle.

I'll admit one thing. I am totally and utterly astonished, I mean totally, that Angle STILL have not inked another deal with Astrazeneca, Eisai or any other huge Pharma Co. How on Earth can Companies like Eisai (TOP 100 Japanese Co.) and then ASTRAZENECA, the 7th largest Pharma Co in the WORLD ( market cap $200 billion) want to interrogate the CTC's (circulating tumour cells) during drug cancer trials, and other similar Co's NOT???? It DOES NOT MAKE ANY SENSE. I honestly think Mr Newland drives a very hard to swallow deal with the Pharma Co's. I hope he is right. He may be. Time will tell. Note these massive Pharma Co’s often don’t like their names mentioned. Instead of say “Astrazeneca” they might insist on “A large pharma Co” instead. I note Mr Newland got permission to use the Companies names in the RNS’s. That tells you something…………………..

Patented machine that can catch cancer patients circulating tumour cells that are 99% alive and intact, ideal for analysis. That is fact. They have one contract with Eisai Inc. (top 100 Japanese Co.). That could see 10's of milions of pounds profit. They also have two contracts with Astrazeneca. Same story. The foundation for the Company is the Parsortix machine and that is key. Roll on more contracts.............................. come on Mr Newland......... it's been too long now!

I can't imagine existing share holders not acceptiong a 6p a share bid, some 3 fold the currect sp. Not accepting they could be waiting many years for the sp to get to even that level.

With the sp @ 1.95p to buy there is no chance of that unless there is spectacular news. Normally an offer 100% above the existing sp would easily get enough existing share holders on board, and then you would be forced to sell whether you like it or not. 100% more is just 3.9p a share................................... 12p is cloud cuckoo land.

He paid 3.1p for the 1m shares he bought on 15th Sept. Clearly he could easily buy the entire Company for what is to him loose change. Maybe he will? Hope so..... 6p a share would do me.

Exactly. Angle only have the two contracts with Astrazeneca so far and one with Eisai. One of the Astra contracts is worth £550,000 any minimum. See here:-

The Parsortix machine has the ability to catch circulating tumour cells that are 99% alive and intact, ideal for testing. This is the key. At the moment the machine can be bought by any Company in the World as far as I know. They are now radically changing their policy and concentrating on providing these services themselves. This begs the question ***do they still want to sell the Parsortix machine to others***? Providing services analysing the 99% alive and intact CTC’s potentially could make Angle hundreds of millions of pounds. The history is this. In May 2022, the Parsortix machine received FDA clearance for Breast cancer analysis. The sp rocketed to about £1.60. Subsequently it fell back. Then in July 2022 shares were placed at 80p each. This was to fund selling the Parsortix machines to the Pharma Co's. It was expected they would buy the Parsortix machines, then develop assays (tests) to examine what the CTC's could tell them about a person’s cancer. Developing the assays takes time and money. Few Pharma Co's were interested. Shame on them. Angle still have the patented tech and have been in a way forced to develop some assays themselves. Only Eisai and Astrazeneca, finally, after what over 1.5 YEARS have invested. They have contracted Angle to develop assays that specifically test the CTC’s for the changes they are looking for during some of their drug trials. The rest of the Pharma industry should be ashamed of themselves as far as I am concerned.
