Angle Plc. Massively undervalued. **Please read>>4 Oct 2024 11:31
Circulating tumour cells have broken off a tumour within the last few hours according to various articles on the world wide web. They do not survive long as your immune system either kills them or they are destroyed by the pressures etc of being in the blood stream. Unfortunately, sometimes they survive long enough to lodge somewhere and grow, spreading the cancer. I'm no expert but it seems to me the ones that can be caught by Angles Parsortix machine (99% alive and intact) must be a good representative of the tumour as that is where the cancer cell came from. Immunotherapy cancer treatments work by homing in on something that has been found to be common about the cancer cells of the cancer you have. The original tumour flesh/lump is usually removed, and the cancerous cells analysed. If something about the cancer cells is found that it is already known can be targeted (a biomarker) then obviously the cancer meets the criteria for having the immunotherapy treatment. Trouble is a cancer's biomarker can change over time. The time between the original solid cancer tumour analysis and the actual start date for the treatment. For example, a Breast cancer cell could be HER2 positive or HER2 low when the lump was removed but change to HER2 negative before the treatment, making the treatment possibly useless. Angle's Parsortix machine can catch the CTC's from a standard blood sample. This can be done just before a treatment so they can be analysed to make sure the cancer has not changed in a way that would possibly make the treatment useless. Also, the CTC’s can be monitored during and after the treatment showing the effect on the cancer. That is why Angle Plc should be making many millions in due course!
All IMHO.
