‘miONCO-Dx’ test. Looks like actually using miRNA-based drugs to target12 May 2025 15:24
Cancer is still in its infancy, but detecting cancer is getting better:-
"Last month, it was announced the NHS would trial the ‘miONCO-Dx’ test with 8,000 patients."

Looked it up on A.I. to see where we are with actually targeting a cancer with drugs in the same way. Long way to go on that score by the looks. One wonders if once the cancer is indicated by this ‘miONCO-Dx’ test Angle's dual analysis could be used? The dual analysis can find twice the number of biomarkers that CtDna analysis can alone. The ‘miONCO-Dx’ test could find the cancer, then Angle’s dual analysis could find the DNA biomarkers that existing cancer drugs can target. Food for thought!

miRNA-Targeted Drugs:-
Challenges and Future Directions:
Delivery:
Delivering miRNA-based drugs to the tumor site efficiently and safely is a major challenge.
Toxicity:
Some miRNA-based drugs have shown adverse effects in clinical trials, highlighting the need for further research and development.
Immune Response:
miRNA-based drugs can trigger immune responses, which need to be carefully considered and managed.
Clinical Translation:
Despite promising preclinical studies and clinical trials, none of these miRNA-based drugs have reached phase 3 trials or been approved by the FDA to date.
Despite these challenges, miRNA-targeted therapies hold great promise for the future of cancer treatment. Ongoing research and development efforts are focused on overcoming the existing limitations and improving the safety and efficacy of these innovative drugs.

All IMHO.
