- From May can aither mean from the start of May, or from the month of May. One presumes they meant from the month of May. So expect an RNS to confirm either at the end of May, or in the first week of June as it will take a few days for any RNS to be cleared.

To take over Genedrive Plc. I would like the Chairman replaced for starters. The sp is insane low and ultimately the Directors are responsible. I do not trust the Chairman.

In fact why not keep Genedrive on AIM. If we made an offer and it succeeded why go private? Sure costs involved but getting FDA crearance for the Genedrive® MT-RNR1 would see the sp at more like 15p. The USA market is huge.

Existing share holders could make an offer, then take Genedrive private. Note 75% of share holders would need to approve. We own Genedrive already as there are no big share holders.
