CtDna is general fragments of DNA found in everyone's blood. They are remnants of cells that have died, usually naturally and are eventually excreted. Some can indicate cancer when analysed.

CTC Dna analysis is catching whole intact and alive circulating tumour cells (CTC's) and analysing them in the same way. They give additional information, and some information that CtDna analysis simply cannot.

This "dual analysis" yields around double the number of so called "biomarkers" in/on the cancer cells which can then be targeted with modern cancer drugs.

This cancer revelation was revealed in Angle’s RNS of 04/01/2024 and has been corroborated in other independent labs.

Illumina Inc. have since worked with Angle and so far, have developed one assay panel for dual analysis designed for lung cancer.

They are working on more.

Angle want to jointly promote dual analysis with Illumina.

Also, other DNA analysis Co’s as the Illumina relationship is not exclusive………yet?

Any day. I can't see how the CYP2C19 won't be recommended. The lab tests take 2-3 days at least, compared to **ONE HOUR** for the CYP2C19. The lab tests are more dangerous as they need a blood draw as opposed to a cheek swab. To cap it all using the Genedrive CYP2C19 is cheaper. I bet the comparison did not include the cost of getting the lab sample to the lab either!

In all honesty how on Earth can any person anywhere on Earth not conclude the Genedrive machine is the best way to get the result.

Lab test.

Need blood draw so more dangerous.

2-3 days or more to get the result.

Costs more.

Genedrive machine.

No blood draw just cheek swab, so far safer.

Just 1hr for result!

Cheaper.

Just been on a webinar hosted by Manchester Uni NHS FT and some good feedback on the CYP2C19 pilot - between March-April 25 134 patients were tested at Salford with the Genedrive test and 42 (i.e 31%) were identified as poor metabolisers - this compares with 29% from the lab tests. Lab tests are taking on average 2-3 days whereas PCT is c1 hours. The pilot study findings and recommendations should be out soon but the sense I got was that labs wont have the capacity so PCT will be very much part of the future.".

Exactly. Why wait 2-3 days for a test result (for which you need to do a blood draw), when the Genedrive can give the result in 1hr and does NOT need a blood draw, just a cheek swab. Only a crazy person would use the lab! They should recomend the machine!!!!

Maybe Angle have reached break even? I don't see quite how a Company that sells Parsortix, the "gold standard" for catching circulating tumour cells that are 99% still alive and intact and so perfect for analysis cannot gain market share. We will find out in their Preliminary results early June. Jus 2 weeks to go.

USA Company cover costs involved in the FDA application (including past costs).

GDR in return grant license to sell the MT-RNR1 ID in the USA.

USA Co. gives % of the profit to GDR?

Obviously, this would depend on getting FDA clearance which would be at the USA Co's risk.

Can't see why it would not happen though.

There is huge value in Genedrive if the management can unlock it.
