Be CEO. My impression is he is valuable on the lab and research side but not so good as the CEO. As for sales I don't know why Brett Swansiger is still there (he been there about 2 years). The sales side seems unable to land the big contracts, at least anymore. A new CEO and Chief Commercial Officer I would have thought would be the way to go. Unless a **BIG** surprise is coming before the AGM Monday!

Illumina get a huge advantage in the market that NO OTHER company can match while Parsortix is the Nr. 1 for catching live, intact circulating cancer cells.

The nr.1 sample for DNA analysis bar none.

Dual analysis. About TWICE what the likes of Astrazeneca WANT TO FIND IN A CANCER PATIENT to make the patient suitable for targeted cancer drugs! Targeted cancer drugs make the likes of Astra hundreds of millions of $.

Bid / buyout of Angle Plc. Potential domination of a world wide market for finding cancer biomarkers that can be targeted by modern drugs. What would that be worth? One Billion $? 5 billion $? 10 billion $ a year?

Angle's "dual analysis" that is proven to find about ****double the number of biomarkers**** that CtDna alone can find needs a big investment for worldwide domination, something Angle Plc cannot do.

- Astrazeneca?

- Roche?

- Is even Ilumina big enough to finance this expansion?

Bid.

A bid would start @ 18p a share IMHO. Once that was made public another bid would probably appear.

Say 24p a share.

Then bid war.

Around 35p a share and goodbye Angle Plc.

Cancers cells from a standard blood sample and DNA test them for Biomarkers. Yet so far none of the CtDna multi billion $ Companies in the World seem to be interested in making an offer for Angle Plc! I find it absolutely and totally ridiculous. Maybe some were interested and after finding out what Mr Newland wants to sell Angle they have thought better of it. I think that is a likely scenario. 30 to 40p a share seems reasonable....... It's not his decision anyway.

And others are putting hundreds of millions of dollars into identifying cancer biomarkers. Biomarkers can be targeted by modern cancer drugs but to be eligible for treatment they need to find suitable biomarkers first. Angle's Parsortix machine can catch live intact circulating tumour cells (CTC's) that can be DNA analysed for biomarkers...............................

Same here. I think the problem is Mr Newland thinks the shares are worth 65p plus.

I suspect he wants more than top dollar for everything and this is in fact a problem.

(for $350 million) they will have access to live intact CTC samples as well. Are they aiming to be the best in World Plc for finding cancer biomarkers? As we know cancer biomarkers when found can be used to target cancer with modern cancer drugs. Setting themseves up to be the Plc that has the best in World system for identifying biomarkers?

negotiate deals is what i see. it's the agm on monday 30th june. we could do with an update on quite what they have been doing.

1. what is happening with regard to illumina and dual analysis?

2. astrazeneca. any news on the two assays they paid angle over £800k for? one was to monitor ddr (dna damage response) so applicable to just about any cancer.

3. any news on eisai or bliss pharma?

there are other questions, including how can they have been talking to so many companies without revealing at least 1 significant deal. what do hey say to potential clients to **** them off? lol!

Hello. You have more patience than me. I am annoyed with the management at Angle. They have loads going for them. Not least this "dual analysis". That being CtDna and CTC analysis of the same blood sample. ****A process that can find about TWICE the number of biomarkers that can be used to target a cancer compared to CtDna alone" ****.

So far, we have the "NuProbe" assay panel (used in this cancer revelation back on 4th Jan 2024), a "pan-cancer" panel, and the more recent Illumina one specifically for lung cancer. The weeks/months go by. What is going on? It's incredibly frustrating.

I honestly can't believe Angle has still not received a bid.

1. It is proven that "dual analysis" finds about twice the number of biomarkers compared to CtDna alone. Fact.

2. If certain biomarkers are found cancer drugs that can target those biomarkers can be used. Fact.

That is, it. Not hard, is it? Next, apply for FDA approval for use of the assays that have/will be developed.

On FDA approval promote their use all over the World.

Make hundreds of millions £££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££££.

Current 7.5p mid-price and some if you ask me. 30p plus. Then it's likely another Co would do a better offer.

Reason? Proper promotion Worldwide of Angle's "dual analysis" including FDA applications and approvals would massively improve cancer drug sales due to finding twice as many cancer biomarkers as CtDna alone. This could DOUBLE the sales of targeted cancer drugs Worldwide.

Bigger contracts of late. There is something very wrong somewhere here to do with landing the bigger contracts. Angle have a shed load to offer, some of it even unique in the World would you belive, yet Angle don't seems to land the big contracts. There are only so many possible answers:-

1. Sales team not putting what Angle can offer accross properly.

2. Too expensive.

3. Negotiations handled badly.

I have a feeling it's Nr. 3. Mr Newland and Brett Swansiger are ultimately responsible for sales.

Clearly something is not right on the sales side.

To find out their intentions for the two assays Angle produced for them. The assays were signed off by Astrazeneca last March and they inspected Angle's labs to make sure they were up to spec. It's incredibly frustrating that Angle have said little since. Nearly 3 months now. Astrazeneca could hardly work with a Company better placed for anything to do with circulating tumour cell work. IMHO Angle have by far the best machine for catching CTC's as they are live and intact. This gives Astra a valuable contractor to work with. Anything they want to do with CTC's Angle are the Company to talk to. Same goes for any other pharma in fact. The question is why is it’s so quiet? Best reason would be bid discussions. Worst maybe Astra don't think CTC's are of use? I don't see how that is possible though. CTC's are involved in spreading cancer therefore they must contain valuable information. Also, they must be affected by any cancer drug a person takes. It follows that the CTC's would react in a similar way to cells in the main tumour. It follows that if the amount of CTC's decreases when a cancer drug is taken then the drug is working.

So why are the cancer drug Co's not queuing up for Angle's services?

Do they not want to find out in real time if their cancer drug is working?

Do they not want to see what the drug did to kill the CTCs?

- Once would have thought this is invaluable information.

All very, very strange if you ask me.

Maybe its cost? Are Angle asking too much?
