Jedi.... ….. It's not the ceo's to stop mindless speculations and advice and all that jazz... His job is to run the company... REgular basis? What's that?.... The company fulfils all that otherwise would be in breach of AIM rules and regulations... thing AST has never been accused of for all I know.... Ceo seems to be answering some emails, which is far far more than any normal ceo would do.

well well well..... All the posters here talking about communications with the company.... The Ceo will communicate but he is not going to say anything new... he is not entlited…. he can reveal what important through RNS.... he is going to repeat, I believe, only what we all know or was already known... why people like to hear what they already know is beyond me... I would rather him spend his time in running the company then doing interviews....

this is the worst situation for a company, when erverything is out of its control and depending by - historically - not forthcoming decisions of others.... A bit like Brexit.... we should have never in a million years been in this situation,,,, but here we all are between hope and desperation...

In a year's time this drug share price should at least triplicate - hoping nothing untoward spoils it.

a couple of years ago Investigating about the size of orders and investigating why some orders were not shown one of the answers was that NOT ALL ORDERS ARE SINGLE ORDERS... It means MMs add several if not many orders together and will show it as a large single order... So there is the probability that a large order might be made up of several orders - how often MMs use this tactic and precisely why is anyone's guess

Has any veteran investor here a strategy or a time line for dealing with long term holding?... Do you set yourself a limit how long would you hold a share which has fallen quite a lot like this one?... Or you hold for ever and ever?.... You got to sell at some stage, and yes, of course you can sell anytime for a profit, but when is the right time to sell at a loss?...

I understand... the problem with hold is that this share has become a VERY VERY long hold... One doesn't mind holding for a couple of years but then - for how much longer than that?

What happens if the SP breaks the 0.3 support and goes to 0.28?... Question for everybody here, would you buy more or sell the lot?

Let's keep it very simple... Forget the details and all other timewasting tactics.... Is the company asking to carry out a project which is illegal in any of the other EU states?... It seems the answer is no.... Is the company behaving in some illegal, law-breaking fashion or conduct?... It seems the answer is no... Well, as far as I am concerned there is absolutely nothing to worry about - - -

I mean the SLOVENIAN reasons from the Slovenian point of view. Which are they?

what are the legal/procedural reasons the permits have not been given so far?.... There might even be good reasons, but we got to first know which reasons are they?

What is it we are waiting for for the share price to take off here?

Maybe someone who knows the culture and coming up goals of the company could illustrate - ?

I am on huge paper loss here - so should I buy more to average down or forget it?

It's likely AST is reading this thread, hopefully they will act on this quickly

The company should propose to the Slovenian Ministry to appoint and agree on an independent mediator to help resolve speedily any issues... If the Slovenia accepts things could be resolved very quickly.... If Slovenia refuses, it would make a good advantage legal point for a company to demonstrate to the court they refused mediation.

this issue should have never been allowed IMO, the judge should have thrown the request out - IMO... as I do really believe that the new board activities where impeccable.
