Why are we getting that old message that Peters is going to speak on 17 May?... Is that a mistake and be announcing the Meet & Greet event instead?... When is the meet and greet then and at which address, please?

AEMARSH.... I wouldn't blame WTG for keeping stumpt (?) on SG's case... Anything they say in public could be used by SG to reinforce their case.

Correction = Further if SG does not win, I can see WTG asking SG for compensation........

AEMARSH.. Yes, you're right... SG legal case was started... I got confused with the threatened class action.... no news on SG yet... Well, did SG asked for the time extension because they want to wait for SFO first?... I wouldn't think of any other reason... And if that is pivotal for SG I think on balance they don't stand a chance.... Further is SG does not win, I can see them asking SG for compensation

Update on legacy matters Whilst we successfully resolved a number of historic matters in the year (and since the year-end), the Slater & Gordon claim is ongoing and we filed our defence in October 2017. Our position remains that Slater & Gordon�s allegations of deceit and the associated breach of warranty claim are wholly without merit and should never have been advanced. The SFO investigation continues and we are cooperating fully. It remains the only regulatory inquiry to which the Group is subject. There have been no further developments at this stage on the threatened (but not commenced) class action litigation first announced in September 2015.
