I see so we have 2 actions: 1) SGH saying they were duped to buy the subsidiary; 2) SFO investigating quindell (not TWG) directors. But then who brought this accusation to the SFO? - investors?

If the earliest to go to court is 2019... Then it also means that anytime before 2019 the SFO might declare fraud unfound and the sp will shoot skyhigh....

grumpy... surely if the SFO finds a fraud - TWG should be prosecuted by the SFO and not by SGH... so if the case goes to court the SFO wIll be the prosecutor on behalf of SGH?... SEcondly for there to be fraud, fraud is a calculated and systematic act. as the sale was done by the new directors - it is highly unlikely any puropseful plan of TWG to fraud sgh could be found or proven.,,, the most sgh might be be able to prove is that there might have been some confusion, which is no crime... This is all logic guesswork on my part, and no more than guesswork, in line with all the guesswork of the other posters on this board. DYOR

If it goes to court and as expected TWG wins - RWG should either ask for SG to be fined or made to pay compensation. How do you quantify the loss of current share price value loss for all of us investors? And no doubt the case going on has led to loss of contracts and damage to TWG reputation... In other words this case is a godsend, because when it ends TWG share price will shoot up god knows how much

slater's attack might be based on the fact that because there dodgy going ons in former Quindell - automatically these would make their deal invalid... However slater dealt with the new directors not with the dodgy ones and were given ample freedom to carry oout their own due diligence - which they did...

SLATER and g surely will blink first. They must know losing this case their company could be wiped out... They are risking just too much... If they lose there will be grounds for WTG hitting them with a counterclaim from which they will never recover

... THE COMPANY HAS TO FOLLOw the right legal procedures and precautions... they have aslo to follow the right administrative procedure and list the escrow as a loss even though they are 100% they will win the case.... I think they are doing their best and have never wavered in front of any attack from sg... sofar and from what I know the company has not put one single foot wrong in my opinion

.... is a company of lawyers... and they have been acting very oddily... it is very hard to believe they have a strong case at this stage. if they had they would not have been bringing this case to court so late. wtg has been very clear where it stands all along since day one. any court would find sgh behaviour well below standard.
