The COP28 global members all voted for the decarbonisation plan today so we've got to benefit with this tide and growing investor awareness stateside particulary in 2024! I think a smart new ITX web site is planned to leverage market impact too to marry with investor courtship and broker messaging activity.

Looks very firmly undervalued now given c. USD8-10m free cash in a suitcase in the trunk and massive IP in the engine picking up speed on the motorway. ;-).

Unfortunately the typical past shareholders here may have wanted more more more and quicker than what has played out in reality These guys are almost sold up now then we will get some momentum back in here from now on with a more pragmatic shareholder base that can see the obvious share attractions for medium term investment starting today.

Insiders buying is significant especially as they are much closer to near term future performance / pipeline outlook and observing stock being oversold.

Seems like we have had persistence of private investor(s) bailing out after waiting for short term 2023 multi-bag returns. But now we appear to be sifnifucantly oversold even given the macroeconomic headwinds. I'm all invested fully already unfortunately, but new investors should see the big upside 2024/25 for the share are we get closer

Yo 87. I'm not sure you fully understand the ITX business model from your message...its a major R&D driven innovator with good IP and sticky growing customer base and new exciting avenues to explore commercially for long term growth performance not Q by Q earnings profit or loss management. The current price reflects poor UK investor market right now but will rebound strongly once the embedded strategy plays out. Until then it's a strong hold and wait for the gold. IF We do launch in some major other markets then the incumbents in those spaces may bite their arms off to buy this baby at a massive SP premium and yes we may not be massively profitable at that time.

Yep just got that on the public presentation. So the current cash pike looks mainly surplus cash for reactive investing and great war chest if we need it.

About USD90m has been invested to date in developing the IPR/assets and the original investment routemap is now definitely playing out and risk is unwinding rapidly as we grow and diversify further. Hence if anyone wanted to step in our shoes and buy ITX they would have to pay a v large premium to current mcap and the professional investors who came in earlier 2023 know this....

I think most new price sensitive material information gets put out to everyone at the same time during RNS events but I get your point and if you can into the analyst circle with a ligin then please share it!

Hi snooz, the professional analyst briefing pre Public one is to ensure an orderly stock market is maintained for your benefit and mine and so market makers can integrate any new info. Into the share prices bid / offer ranges. So it's not designed to screw over private investors

With the big pile of cash on balance sheet I'd say great buy snooz. It means you invested in the underlying business at approx 2.5p in old money. Bargain. My carry price is about that originally a few years ago and still a very strong hold for me. It's like saying majority of the historical R&D invested and patent portfolio is worth zip which we know to be untrue

I have no clue other than the seller needed the cash! Weird to sell at this point before the consol and US shr marketing campaign is weeks away that may bring some immediate gains. Just looked at the NASDAQ tech/growth stock trend last few years - surprised its held up so well over 2023. It just means the "valuation gap" between UK and US stocks generally is even bigger than it was before AIM trended southwards so the likes of ITX must be looking very cheap now from US investor relative bang for the buck perspectives. Even considering the small cap nature if AIM which also has a large discount v's other indices.

Maybe, but the strong growth story is already playing out for long term investors to see. I think the gradual uptick will come over a 4 to 6 mth period beyond consolidation as proactive investor side comms kick in state side raising private investor awareness
