As I indicated in the interview...investor attention should shift to Croda/Sederma shortly. IMHO, this is more important to the company because of the potential, and reason as discussed with Stuart. There is potential for bonus commercial agreements also landing. A number of them were in late-stage discussions. However, the timing of these can not be judge because there will be more moving parts (partner signatures) than SBTX has, and these are usually taking longer than we investors anticipate.
Remember, the lysate is being scaled up!
"Having successfully scaled up capacity past 2 litres and 20 litres respectively, the planned scale-up to 600 litres will be completed in Q2 2021. In Q3, this will be followed by a final scale-up to 20,000 litres; the capacity required to mass-produce the SkinBiotix(R) product at industrial levels to supply Sederma's portfolio of 12,000+ global customers;
-- Commercial positioning work has begun with the schedule for early customer engagement being prepared for discussion with SkinBioTherapeutics."
It is challenging to determine how much products 1 ltr of lysate can produce because each cosmetic will have a different formulation and price point. All we know at this stage is are north of 10%. Matrixyl can be as much as 10% of the weight volume. If we use 10% of 100 ml/jar, = millions of 100 ml jars. Let's assume each jar is £25 @ 10% royalty... No, I best not. The last time I did this, it causes a lot of problems and the share price multi-bagged. ??
