I'd wager Seneca have just finished as the 1.3m stands out on its own. We are close to the end of 2020 tax year. Moreover, given the level of their selling this year, suggests there is enough interest to mop them up, as we have witnessed 7 times around 36p.

Your point being it is unlikely OPTI will get the current market value in one hit; it could become cheaper as OPTI unloads, as we have seen before. Equally, the investment can and probably will increase over time. I think most peeps are merely highlighting the apparent disparity between both company's share price/value. The greater the disparity, the more compelling OPTI, becomes an investment.

I suspect money will flow back to OPTI from SBTX in due course. I wish peeps would stop jumping from one to the other and repeating the process.

You confirmed what I said, but contradicted it with your own statement.

I read this as both Cenkos and OPTI are lock-ins until October 2021 and if OPTI does wish to sell and SBTX shares, it will do so through Cenkos.

You either believe the statement from the CEO, or you don't. Your call, I am just quoting what I read and hear and prepared to believe the CEO has not lied to me. If he ever does, I will be a seller. I believe sales have more than doubled, and I believe the admin cost has come down.

You can harp on about past event's, or you can do something about it. You will have had the same opportunities as everyone else over the years. Add and reduce your average or sell up and relieve the stress. Your problem is you do a dam good job of talking yourself out of assisting your predicament and want to blame others for it. Own it.

We are where we are - the fact is we are ridiculously cheap given the commercial development, evidence of the new products being launched in multiple territories and a growing SBTX asset.

I admit the message is not getting through to PI. Perhaps OPTI isn't sexy enough! After all, frauds seem to do very well for a while, at least.

I'm unsure what promises OPTI has broken? I think it is a case of PI's being over-optimistic in their expectations (I include myself in this to a degree). Many PI's seem to forget that this company has come from in such a short period of time.

I realised many PI did not fully understand the process of incorporating the IP as the ''intel inside'' so I set about interviewing various members of the BOD responsible for pre and probiotic development. The idea was to enlighten investors of the lengthy process involved, and this included OPTI producing science documentation as part of the promo material. As SOH has said, sometimes one or two papers is not enough.

Building the foundation (production and formulation partners) was part of the process, covering the continents. It would be best if you had these to mitigate Brexit and EU tariffs, etc. This all takes time.

Name me a company that has developed almost 80 partners spanning 120 countries in just a little over 2 years and with minimal dilution to shareholders. Some PI's want excitement and forget many of the most successful companies are boring and grow with minimal fuss.

And let's not forget the £19m ON THE BOOKS which is a free carry since the sale of shares last year. This will be noticed by the market and become more important in due course when the wider market realises SBTX has been significantly de-risked due to its own commercial transition. It is ignored now, but not for too much longer.
The board has been improved, and we are now over the worse economic period I have ever witnessed in my dam near 40 years of investing. Look up how many global markets crashes in this period. OPTI has actually grown sales and reduced costs. I am sure partners are now gearing up for product development, and launches put off during the past year. There is evidence of this on my Twitter feed.

Seneca has already sold unlocked shares in SBTX. I think they still have locked shares. OPTI should not need to raise further funds, so I expect they will keep what they have for the in-specie divi it spoke of three years ago. I doubt we will see this evolve for another couple of years when the SP is multiples of where it is and OPTI can issue a decent divi and still maintain a holding in SBTX.

I understand the excitement and the urge to share information that may confirm your investment in SBTX is safe or at least significantly derisked. The sharing of very sensitive information on an OPEN FORUM not only puts the study at risk, but it can also be argued you are committing market abuse.

Imagine the FCA suspending SBTX because it fears a disorderly market! You will be part of this.

The company could also request the shares be temporarily suspended. Just think about what you are doing.

Hopefully, the company can offer an interim update to the market. However, I am sure it would rather not be forced into this position but do so under its own terms—I.e, when it has more compelling data. To be forced to do so now merely opens the door to traders ahead of the completion of the study, which makes the shares more volatile and may ultimately force some of you out of your investment and miss out on the bigger upside.

Technically, it is overvalued. However, given what we know and reasonably expect in a short window, it doesn't really matter that much. Most assets in this class are traded on technicals rather than fundamentals. It is when the fundamentals change the fun begins. I'd rather be in than attempting to trade the range because there is always the possibility we get a positive update and the cost to get back in could be brutal.

Croda/Sederma seem to be the forgotten equation here. Has nobody grasped the significance of 12 VIP clients selected to launch the new antiaging cosmetic? Do people imagine these will be small fry? No, these will be some if not the biggest on Sederma's books. You look after your most valuable clients first, after all, they will be paying a double-digit premium on royalties for ''first-mover advantage.'' I wager every single one of them will be selling millions of units PA, if not each month.
