Odysseus07,
Your comments do not support intelligent life!
You are an emotional investor struggling to control your angst and wish others to feel the same way as you do. However, suppose you cannot even understand the basics, such as the accounting period, trading statement period, and forecast period. In that case, you are very likely to continue to make foolish decisions throughout your investing life - it is a significant handicap.
"Guys, we don't know what material means",—ignoring your stupid comments. What I mean is relatively simple, and I suspect many investors capable of commonsense and understanding what constitutes a profit warning would understand the context of my comment. Typically, if a company believes it will miss its forecast by 20%>, it is duty-bound to issue a warning to the market. This is what material usually means. However, the absence of a replacement forecast leaves room for wild guesses, And foolish interpretations from people like yourself.
Suggesting Stuart should be sacked is another emotional outburst from someone that can't get the primary data correct. Had it not been for Stuart and his team's adaptability, the consumer study would not have been done, and therefore there would not be a commercial product. Therefore the company would be at least 2-3 years further down the road from a D2c product with another (Acne).
As for begrudging Stuart's salary, another foolish comment. Do you have any idea what a typical AIM CEO salary package is? I doubt you do. I am not going to tell you either. Try doing some research on the topic. You may be surprised.
I can count Stuart's mistakes on a single finger, and you want to sack him for agreeing to a forecast into the market! Therefore, I will not regurgitate what I said in my last comments on this topic.
You know SBTX's fortunes do not hang by the AxisBiotix Ps product, right!
