The lysate is a big enough deal. Croda invested £5m in a "dedicated production line" for it. Sit down with a brew and contemplate what that fact means? £5m is not the critical point and is an uninterrupted lysate production.

As for the noise part! You would be a crap spy! Developing new products is treated like it is a state secrete. Do you know why this is? I am guessing you do not. Clue; competition!

Additionally, Sederma's VIP class is supplied with the lysate from prior scale-ups. Remember, a mere sprinkling is needed; thus, plenty has already been provided for a limited launch for the VIPs.

Although is a very high level of secrecy, you can bet the VIPs will be scrambling to seek a first-mover advantage. The likely best way to do this fast is to incorporate the lysate into an existing product, which may involve competing with an existing in-house brand to test consumer interest in effects and price points.

If anyone was to live on the SBTX BB, you could conclude all is well with macros, cryptos, and international indexes, but SBTX is the contrarian of them all. I am reading the same rhetoric from panic retail investors, some of whom I know have been through these events before. Remember Covid-inspired panic? You know the date - check the recovery of most Company shares.

I, for one, will continue to shamefully promote SBTX because I have faith in my research, the board, and its strategy.

Where has SBTX indicated Croda news was due November 2021?

I am sure I am on record blaming myself for building expectations on Croda news because I knew there was a full-day meeting in October with both Corps. I wrongly assumed there would be some juice after that. I was wrong and said so.

No worries. I am not taking anything personally.

I came close to using the filter option for this comment; "Are you TW? He has been known and exposed on this platform." Not because I'm a cheerleader for TW. I find the whole Rivington misinformation and lies tedious. It's a distraction we don't need.

Indeed we could debate all day. Yes, of course, investing is based on a biased decision, a natural law. Yes, someone is always on the sell side of that biased investment. So is the variable of time one allows to decide if the investment is a success? Some people think twelve months is long-term. For me, it's at least three years. The caveat being the Company is showing signs its strategy is working. However, I also accept there are likely to be bumps in the road with any PLC, whether a start-up or a well-established FTSE100 Company.

You claim SBTX has failed.
I find that view odd, and I will explain why? Could I be reading it out of context? You appear to judge the Company as a failure based on a very early profit warning on sales of its first product. We have previously discussed it has taken time to bring in appropriate staff to handle marketing, sales, influencers, etc. Even now, it is barely two months.

I think we all accept sales in AxisBiotix have been disappointing, we have to because the Company has warned us of the same.
My soft-launch narrative has been consistent. I had always maintained this narrative before the launch because this was the phraseology used by Stuart. I did not invent the phrase or choose when to you it. I also said we do not know what the soft-launch figure was?

Back to failure. Croda/Sederma will be paying invoiced toward the end of this year. Now, we could get notice of a delay, in which case all hell breaks loose. Thus far, he has been told a few times that Croda is on track. I am guessing that we will see news of who the VIPs filter through. So, likely a hive of activity as these clients of Sederma attempt to beat each other to market.

The Company has many more ongoing projects behind the scenes, and new products will be launched.

You cannot judge the success or failure of a Company without a realistic passage of time. 6-8 months is bonkers, especially when there are other commercial opportunities in the pipe. Respectfully, I think it is rash, so I think it's more of an emotional response to the SP.

No CEO, No blogger, No financial journalist is privy to your strategy. Did Mr Ashman or some fat little Man Utd fan tell you to throw the proverbial kitchen sink at SBTX? I suspect not. So, it begs the question, who are you trying to blame for your perceived misfortune and why?

I do not know your situation, so I can not judge. I can only venture a guess from your posts on the LSE. You seem to be suffering a loss. Perhaps you were late to the investment thesis I have been publishing since the 9P IPO? We have been here before. Cliostock has a grasp of the past and looks to the future as an investor. As investors, we must accept that a body of traders does not have a long-term view. They have a different strategy than LTI. You may seek to ignore the broader macro events and seek to hold even Stuart or me to account. This is a mistake!

There is more to SBTX than an RNS! Trust me, or not. But do trust I do my DD very well. SBTX will surprise me - that I am incredibly confident.

I am sorry if you think OPTI, ORPH, and SBTX SP performance are my fault. Why stop there? The DOW has fallen from 36k to under 32k, and the FTSE losing over 400 points in 2022 is also down to me. And while we are at it, why not blame BTC for falling from 48k to 32k in 2022. The AIM market has called from 1100 to 950 in 2022. Guess where OPTI, ORPH and SBTX are listed!

Let's look at the facts: I have been writing editorials on OPTI since the mid-60s. The high - 133p.
Likewise, SBTX from IPO at 9p - They 8 bagged!
ORPH from low 20s. High of 48p.

Many investors are happy with a 20% plus; others seek a multi-bag thrill. Some people trade, and some can make a living, but they are a rare breed. I'll bet they are not emotional, either! Recent figures show over 70% of traders lose money on a YoY basis. You guessed it - they ARE the emotional types that lose faith in their research when the SP moves against them, like an over-confident amateur boxer has confidence in himself until he gets smack on the nose!

You would see that most AIM spikes retrace considerably if you did your research. I know, my fault! So, so sorry!

The emotional teen rants claiming Stuart (Sorry, Mr Ashman) has failed in his duty as a CEO - should sell up and hand whatever funds remain over to Mr Woodford or some other bright spark. If you don't have the stomach for AIM volatility, sell and put your money into any FTSE100 Companies that have also lost 50,40,30,20%. I know, my fault!

Its apparent investors are frustrated, and some do what comes naturally to them - blame everyone except themselves. Yet, somehow, this offers cold comfort. Don't be surprised if you bleed out and give up!

It is straightforward. If you don't believe in Stuart (Oops, I've done it again - Mr Ashman), sell and move on.
If you don't think AxisBiotix is a sector-blurring product - sell!
If you think SBTX's future hangs on AxiBiotix - sell!
If you don't believe any of SBTX's other pillars are viable - sell!
If you think I am a lousy Omen - sell!
Finally, if you're an emotional investor and don't know yourself better than a Company, you're investments - sell!

This fat little ramper tucked a few away today because I trust Mr Asham (got there in the end) and believe SBTX will reward my faith. Stuart has made one big mistake. I can forgive, for now!

Know yourself better than any Company you invest in. If you don't, you will bleed out!

Does anyone remember 5p? Plenty exited from 12p because they allowed their imaginations, fear and poor research to get the better of them. The patient said thank you, I'll have some of those if you don't mind. Many of the sellers missed out on a rapid rise. History has a canny habit of repeating! Guess who will be waiting on the sideline quietly thanking you?

CF will have more time to do what he enjoys: brokering M&A activity. Unless there is a total market meltdown, I do not see why DIM cannot be spun this year, possibly after the summer holidays. DIM is essentially a digital Company, not a pharma-type Company. Data is king, and DIM will be head & shoulders above all potential rivals. Its data pool gets more profound with each study the ORPH group does.

I suppose the last CF buy may have been with DIM in mind. The more ORPH, the more DIM at IPO. It's not just about ORPH valuations.

Cash and cash equivalents as of 31 December 2021 of £15.7m are for the reporting period. There have been several contracts totalling £27m (off the top of my old grey) that we know of. Assuming a 20% dip in signoff could be worth an additional £5.4m. Two caveats. We don't know what the cash burn for the proceeding period is? We don't know if there have been deals less than the reportable amount. Second, Mo said they were not going to RNS. This is not a new policy; CF adopted it months ago.

I have guessed the cash figure is nearer £20m. I suspect the new policy does not provide the live cash figure because the board is fed up with people telling them what they should do with it. The share buyback, or dividend, is the common two. I'm afraid I have to disagree with the former, as I could provide investors with examples (SOM SPSY) where recent buybacks have not had the expected positive effect on the SP that had been expected, and both Companies are illiquid.

Margins were impacted by capacity improvements and equipment needed for the same. As a result, some people questioned where the growth was coming from? A fair question. However, when the Company responds by increasing capacity, product offering, and an end to end go-to CRO offering full-service - which had never been done before. This investment at the cost of lower margins in the short term is a price worth paying.

IMHO, I thought Mo served up a lot of data for investors to mull over. The presentation was incredibly detailed. There was perhaps too much data for most retail investors to digest; therefore, the default position is to focus on the negatives. These being; further confusion around the spinouts, something I try to expand on. Covid work for the remainder of 2022 is likely to be negligible. I am not suggesting this; it is what some investors think.

Margins have not improved to the levels expected. But, again, this is something I try to address. We need to realise the Company is still evolving and attempting to establish a cross-selling model between three Companies, hVIVO, Venn, and ORPH while increasing bed capacity.

There is a shifting landscape towards more infectious disease challenge work. As a result, big pharma is seeking assistance from the ORPH group of companies in ways investors had not thought of and perhaps have yet to digest from Mo's presentation.

BTW, I think retail is being mugged off for a buyer.
