I'm not quite sure why you seem so enthusiastic about the release of AxisBiotix in Italy. What are your expectations for an RNS?

As of now, the UK is the largest and most established market. The sales have not been as successful as we hoped and we understand the reasons behind it. IMHO, even if SBTX were to announce the addition of 4 or 5 new territories on a D2c model, it might not impress the market at this point.

If they were to team up with a reputable partner that has ample resources, like a marketing budget, and announce a distribution deal, it would definitely pique the market's interest.

I do agree The Express Exposure is not a great read. IMHO, investors are currently more cautious because there hasn't been much positive news lately, despite the anticipation of many upcoming updates. I previously expressed some concerns about the marketing approach shared in one of the latest updates. We should remember that most potential customers will likely check product reviews before purchasing rather than being aware of launch dates like us investors.

If you’re referring to the studies Croda are undertaking, they don’t start until November. I doubt we will get anything from Croda any day soon. However, SBTX isn’t a one trick pony.

When Croda signed up in 2019, we were told it was a three-year project. It has turned into a four-year, which I grant is frustrating if you are the type of investor that expects a timeline to be adhered to. My view is simple. I expect delays because SBTX is a minor part of Croda's strategy and has very little control over events under Croda's control.

We forget we have had two years of COVID nonsense to deal with. Even so, Croda has been able to crack on with the commercial development until the scale-up phases threw them a curveball.

Have you considered if the scaleup had actually gone the other way? We should be pleased we have news of a serious enhancement that has significant financial benefits for SBTX. The additional wait is a minor inconvenience and not serious to warrant another funding to keep the lights on.

The SP will fluctuate during uncertain periods and news draught because investors get bored and seek new opportunities; some will prove to be profitable, others will not, but that is up to the individual. I wish them luck because we all need it.

SBTX is a jam-tomorrow Company, as was every Company at one stage or another; it is the nature of the business building. It is all about having a view of what we, as investors, are willing to put aside in time and money.

I can't argue against your "jam tomorrow" observation. However, you identify your own weakness by the same. SBTX is developing new science and new products and establishing trade routes along the way. Of course, it's jam tomorrow, its fledgling company finding its commercial feet.

If analytical comments are a pump/promote, guilty as charged, but not for the reasons you suggest. I have been waffling on ever since the 9P IPO, down to 5p, up to 90p, and back down again. The same pattern can be observed all on exchanges no matter the company; shares go up, and then go down, and some go bust. That life.

We have a choice, believe in the logic for changing from the multi-distribution option for a global multinational with improved margin, and "we can the whole of the Axis pillar", or dismiss as horse.... in which case, why remain invested if you believe this to be a lie? Remember where the SP was, and dam close to triggering a nice bonus for SA and Cath, if I am not mistaken. They would have known the impact of the discussion and the public flack, which came with serious accusations. I trust the board to have arrived at the correct decision for the right reasons, which hit them in the pocket in the short term. We as well, I get that.

Progress seems pedestrian if we focus on Croda. The can have been kicked down the road. It is an unfortunate school of thought because many involved are trading the news and not focusing on long-term wealth building. Ignoring the significance of Croda's comments and grasping what this actually means demonstrates how impatient and perhaps unforgiving some people are.

The reality is straightforward. When a new company partner with a larger one, it often has limited control over the pace of progress.
