RE: Still hoping21 Jul 2024 13:14
Hi Farris,
In the order, I would like as a wish...
1: The clearance of CB is a significant step forward. Although it has been a considerable hurdle, it is evident that the potential upside far outweighs the downside. Some may still anticipate lower SP, but the tight trading range is instructive for attentive investors. If the CBs are not entirely cleared by the 29th, I remain optimistic since at least two-thirds, if not more, have already been converted and washed through the market. If the short last week provided the same result as the £500k we could see a TR1 next week. I won't hold my breath because I don't trust Macquarie.
2: It is crucial that we see revenue growth from Dermatonics, AxisBiotix, and, to a lesser extent, UMG. There is no evidence of Once Heel Balm market availability, and despite the March launch, the training for the 1,200-strong sales team has neither been completed; otherwise, the product(s) would be visible. Increased revenues should extend the cash runway beyond April/May, by which time we expect to see contributions from Croda revenues. Confirmation of this would put a sock in a particular fog horn for a while longer.
3: It would be immensely beneficial if Croda could confirm forward sales of the premium version of the lysate to their VIP clients. Given the market's competitive nature, this may only become clear after summer. The developments with some of the most iconic brands will be particularly intriguing to watch.
4: UMG and Croda forecasts remain uncertain at this stage, especially considering the ongoing training requirements for UMG, which may not yet be complete. Updates on the clinical study (Lysate) are also unlikely in light of the points above. But I can wish.
5: New commercial routes with UMG - Perhaps AxisBiotix pillar via their commercial footprint.
6: Acne commercial progress/Launch
I could go on, but there is less significance in doing so.
