NMM, on page 102, Note 5 gives Scott's remuneration. 250K salary, 93.75k bonus, 978.047k other benefits, 3k pension. Total remuneration $1,324,799 rounded up to $1.4M. I don't think that even Add can now point out Scott's low salary!!

Point taken PBOW. However, a person holding 1m shares 2 yrs ago and who is still holding 1m shares today would have had a better return had they sold at 40p then they would selling those shares today.

For me, it's about value.

2 years ago when the SP was at 40p, I didn't read Bozi and the other naysayers posting that folks should sell up because that was the highest SP achievable. No, there were posting about 1 quid.

The assets are the same and growing in value and importance. So I can't understand why they are now posting silly TO prices? It doesn't make sense.

No SP manipulation. It's more mundane than that. We have a management team who have not bothered to concern themselves with the SP, nor achieving the results which would positively impact the SP.

Heck, even the SR is so poorly managed, we have gone beyond mission creep and the subject doesn't even get mentioned anymore.

Sadly, it's a continuation of the culture of non-performance. However, even NM was able to get and keep the SP up. Since Scott The Rocks Caldwell took over its been down hill ever since. I don't disagree with you Add re chaos if we had to start all over again with the management team. I am ambivalent here. I might have to hold my nose and vote for Scott for the sake of stability and not because I think that he is doing a sterling job.

Add, the Cornerstone folks aren't rookies. They are believed to be seasoned people with mining experience. So, how do you explain them getting the schedule so wrong?

Something isn't adding up here. Tier 1, bull market, m&a hotting up, multiple interested parties in the dataroom, and the Chinese will buy anything, anywhere, yet here we are 2 years on with our SP decimated while Scott talk about shareholders value!!

We better hope that solg doesn't do a reverse split. If that happens, we will all be wiped out because the SP always fall after an RS because it's a sign of weakness.

I wouldn't put it pass Scott to get the SP up by doing an RS rather than by executing and delivering.

I don't know Metoooo, all I know is that I am fed of all the talking with no outcomes. The thought of being here until 2028 while management draws fat salaries and we can't get our money back because they have decimated the SP, fills me with foreboding.

To make matters worse, Solg appears to be proud that they are the only tier 1 not owned by a major. I don't regard that as a plus. If what we have is so good, why haven't anyone made a bid fast and smart?

Metoooo, it's was Sean who mentioned the coming weeks. I would not have any expectations regarding his statement unfolding positively. We all know that the only thing that Solg is ultra successful at is disappointing shareholders.

Rick Rule reckons 2025 will be the year for M&A. So, if we are still here after 2025, then we can pretty much give up.

People are mentioning in interviews the companies most likely to be acquired. Solg was not mentioned by any of the pundits. All very disappointing.

I am really curious how Scott measures shareholders value? How can he grow shareholoders value while decimating the SP?

Strategic mentioned several times in this rns,but nowhere did they mention the Strategic Review! I guess they have forgotten all about that.
