So how do you see things playing out moving forward Add?

Going to production is looking more and more possible given recent events. On the other hand, you indicated that getting to turn-key project status is on someone's behest which will lead to a sale. I must say that I am disappointed that with so many people in the dataroom we didn't get a bid and that we are now looking at a 2 to 4 years wait. Very disappointing.

Had you followed up with an analysis of the structural issues which resulted in those events, suggest remedial actions along with expected outcomes, and provide a summary of likely impacts should the company fail to implement those remedial actions. Jerry, if they want it, they will bid. It will be up to shareholders to accept or reject. Who is to say that the SP can't get to 40p in the same way it fell from 40p.

Starting SP for a bid and the ultimate sale price are 2 very different things in my view.

I don't mind us going to production. If that is indeed the endgame, why doesn’t the company just say so. Why all the obfuscation?

Derisking imply making the company sellable. Saying we are going yo production and we are getting the required permits, that would be clear and everyone would know where we stand. Instead, we have this lack of clarity. Hardly decisive.

I have a hard time understanding where some folks are coming regard a possible sale price. We have a tier 1. We know the current market prices for the commodities we have. When the SP was 40p, I don't recall anyone saying we would accept 20p. If tier 1s are being sold for 2 to 3% of market price for the ore in the ground. Why then does folks think 173p is impossible? If our assets are sold for 20p per share, how many here would think that is a fair price?

I agree 1984, Trump will have to respond to the BRICS threat to undermind the dollar, and he will need more than just threats. Central banks have been buying up gold like crazy. It could be that they figure that Fiat currency has no future.

That doesn't mean someone will bid for solg however. The much vaunted copper shortage still left solg on the shelf.

Yet, here we are looking at 2 to 4 years+ wait while the ceo derisk. We have no idea when derisking will end, and what the objectives are for this derisking activities. We could end up like we did with the SR, no end, nothing communicated, and we are left to guess. Caldwell isn't bothered, he is getting paid no matter what. Fortunately, only 4 more days and hopefully more people feel the same as I do and boot him out.

Unless a person is shorting the stock, no one invests on the hope or belief that the SP will decline. No, longs invests on the hope that the SP will increase and that they can make a profit. What we have had to date under the buffoon ceo is a total destruction of shareholders value. A term he should not use because he doesn't know the meaning. If he was looking after shareholders value, the SP would reflect that. It doesn't. I can't see the situation changing for the next 4 years.

Well Add, the last 12 months certainly passed solg SP by because its no further ahead than it was last year. Surely that is the acid test? If we had to liquidate our position at the current SP for a valid reason, most of us would be taking a significant hair cut. Shareholders value must by definition be directly proportional to the SP!

Hi Quady, I am from the old school where it is believed that a ceo words can have a direct impact on his/her company's SP. Look at the impact his 30c statement had on the SP. I believe that if he had announced the conclusion of the SR that would have a positive impact because folks would know the road map. Just repeating the derisking mantra doesn't cut it for me. He is emulating Lundin. The Lundin ceo doesn't behave like him. They are actually getting things done. Where are we? Vague statements without any clear indication of where we are going? Exploring or mining? No one is really sure because our ceo can't say categorically what he is doing. Just wait until next December when we are no further along as I suspect will be the outcome.

Scott is not indispensable. What would happen to solg if God forbid he suddenly pass away? The company would go on under a new ceo. Folks won't be predicting doom and gloom if an act God occurs. So I don't understand why it will be calamitous if he is voted out next week. He is useless, and there are more capable ceo material around. Even Keith was 1000 times more capable than this buffoon who told the whe would accept 30c!!

You are the only one here who called it right to date. All the experts and pontificating geniuses didn't post at the time that there would be delays, and that all the permits will need to be in place. Instead, they banged on about bids and TOs, none of which manifested. So much for their experience as seasoned investors!!
