I am wondering, if Solg spend the time and money to get Cascabel to the status of a turnkey project, why not turn the key themselves given that gold, silver and copper prices are rising, expected to rise? Add, from my observations, any country that has a link to the Iberian peninsula are corrupt, and politically unstable. They have frequent coups. I point to Venezuela as an example. I don't put it past Ecuador to nationalise Cascabel because of its value. It could be that the missing 4M went to ensure we could carry on with Cascabel. Illegal mining is another major problem. Those African countries are shaking off France's colonial yoke and stopping the exploitation of their wealth. I understand their motivation. Let's hope we get moving before Ecuador get around to nationalising Cascabel.
