Rodney, it's no secret that I do not believe that Scott is ceo material. It's disgusting that every company he touches ended up with SP destruction. Will solg shareholders have to also file a case against him? If you want folks to join your group with their shares, you need to say openly what your objectives are. I am not trusting anyone blindly with my personal info and I regard my share holding as personal info. If you want to lead, then be open and visible about what you are doing.

I can't see how Scott is growing shareholders value when the SP performance is a key metric of measurement.

Cheers Add, RR, I am saying that none of the PIs who met management didn't post here that the topic of the share price was raised and the response they received. I would have thought that that would have been a paramount issue. Instead, we have a mad, urgent need to form a group, but no one wants to state the reasons why the group is so urgently needed!

I am surprised that none of the expert investors who the solg management team yesterday didn't press them on the dire state of the SP! I haven't heard anything that convinces me that shareholders value is of importance to them.

I agree that we should be united so that our votes counts as a block. However, I am unwilling to join a group that is in a rush and the proposer refuses to give any background information on the need for the urgency.

I am not willing to join a group when I don't know:

-it's purpose

-Objectives
