He could have simply stated that funding is not an issue and left it at that. I would not feel the way I do now if had he said that.

I am here, I intend to wait to see if he does produce gold from Raglan. If we get to February and still nothing, then I will move on. At this point, I might as well see if he can execute and deliver, or whether his skills set is all about being an expert at carrying out raises😁

Integrity doesn't depend on which market the share is listed on. Yep, I can see that you are hoping that things will turn around because of the cash run way the raise gives, but who knows what will come next, I don't, you don't.

I wasn't invested when the last raise was carried out. But if I was, I would have no problem with it knowing that it was to grow the company and provided that investors weren't told beforehand that a raise wasn't necessary. There is a big difference here. Looks like a pump and dump.

I am an old fashioned guy who believes that a man's word is his bond. I have no problem with a raise, and I understand the need for them.

What I don't like about this one is Nick stating 1 day ago that the company has working enough capital to get Raglan going, only to turn around and decimated the SP with a raise the very next day!!

He could have said we have implemented strategies to ensure adequate funding, or say no comment. I really hate being lied to. Clearly, he didn't have enough capital. I despise liars. Thieves I can understand, because they might be hungry, but no excuse for bald face lies.

What I don't like is when someone say something and then do the opposite, thereby making us look like mugs. If production is going change the fortune of the company, and Nick is confident in Raglan being profitable, why not do the placing at a premium? Had he done that, I would regard his statement about growing shareholders value has having credibility. I fail to see how crashing the SP by 20% is him growing shareholders value?

Smacks of a classic AIM pump and dump! 1 day ago in the interview Nick stated that there was enough working capital to get Raglan going. So, if he is so confident in achieving gold production, why the discounted raise? I am not impressed with investors having the rug pulled from under us. We didn't even have time to celebrate breaking the 52 weeks high. OK, I will have to adjust my approach here given that we have a Chairman who doesn't see any problem with lying and stabbing PIs in the back!

I can't figure why 2 persons are so obsessed with what happened in the past regarding events they cannot change? I am looking to the future here. The acquisition of Raglan was my primary reason for taking a punt. My money which I worked hard for. So, it's entirely my decision what I do with it. Unless Bailey and Coco are Financial Advisers, I don't think that they are qualified to give me advice regarding what I do with my money. I am happy so far with my punt. I am left to think that they resent seeing people being able to buy in so cheap when the SP was 4.4p at one point is my only conclusion. Good luck to everyone. If Raglan don't produce, no reason for me to hang around. But if the 4 deliverables are met, I should be very happy with my investment.

Are you currently invested in ECR if you don't mind my asking, or are you like Bailey bashing a company you are not invested in? Full disclosure from you would allow people to know where you are coming from.

Again, you continue to bang on about the past which I personally believe has no bearing on the here and now. Whatever wrongs were committed in the past by the BOD, I wasn't here to endure them. I am new here. From what I have learnt the key news flow coming are:

1)Complete Raglan acquisition. Done.

2)Start Raglan production and to release data on the gold they found while doing the DD.

3)Release BM and Lolworth assays results.

4)Complete Creswick jv.

I will assess the company and the BOD'S ability to execute and deliver based on the about 4 milestones outcomes, not on the posts from a loser Casandra, thats you by the way Coco.

If they fail to deliver on the 4 deliverables, people can make up their own mind about what they do with their own money.

Allow others the freedom of choice to make their own decisions. I don't see anything wrong with management taking shares instead of salary. Do you expect them to work for nothing? It's pointless arguing with you guys about the past. The 5 year share price degradation has no bearing on the recent increase. Time will tell whether the company will achieve its stated objectives, or continue without achieving any outcomes. None of us know for sure what will happen. So let time and events unfold. Sorry for your losses, but I am already ahead since taking up my position here. Hence, I cannot share your 5 years pessimistic appraisal of the company's prospects. We will see asctime and events unfold.

I don't like to post about how many shares I own and at what average, because from past experience, the minute the SP pulls back, the naysayers will be out in their droves to gloat about how they were right and to take delight and pleasure from PIs momentary discomfort. ECR is an Explorer. The company doesn't have any income. Where do you expect the company to source working capital from until it is able to generate cash flow if not through raises or placements with strategic investors in order to remain a going concern?

On the one hand, you are against raises, but on the other hand, you want the company to grow shareholders value and not do raises. I will take heed of you if you quit moaning and explain how else the company will fund its operations without income unless they do a raise?

They have Raglan. Its Jan 2. It will take time for them to start producing. At least give them time to get boots on the ground. I have done enough research, and I am happy that with the acquisition of Raglan, the BOD have a clear plan to become a producer. I am not interested in what happened in the long history. I believe in rehabilitation. If they fail to produce cash flow from Raglan, then I will move on. Fingers crossed they will succeed. I don't have time to waste worrying about events in the past that I cannot alter. In the here and now, they promised to become a producer. I will assess them based on whether or not they succeed at that endeavour.
