I am voicing my take on events since Friday. I am not happy how things have unfolded after 5 years here. Not betrayal on my part. I think that term is best suited to those who drew fat salaries, got cheap options all the while talking about unlocking shareholders value.

Pretty much in line with what Chatgpt said to my queries. Folks think I am being negative, but I think that I am facing reality. Nick had ample time to court a white Knight. This shouldn't have taken him by surprise. He should have had a plan b. Nick would never sell cheap, Nick is our only guarantee of getting fair value. Not looking like that now. I would rather take 28p and risk losing my investment.

Not my intention. I believe that I am facing reality.

On the one hand we have Warren, Bob, BHP, and Newmont which represents a 40.3% block. On the other hand we only have Nick and his late attempts to get an auction going. Of course I want him to pull a rabbit out of the hat.

But optimism based on no solid foundation doesn't cut it for me. I understand where you are coming from but you haven't even reached out to Nick which surprised me given how hot you was at creating the registry at his request. Bit like tit-ty on a bull at this point your registryif it is not used. As for PS, I don't see any solid basis for what he is saying. It should not be hard for him to post sold evidence to support what he is saying. I don't mind him calling me weak. Like you, I will be the first to admit if I am wrong and things fo turn positive.

My fear is where the funding will come from if the 28p fails that don't see us diluted to death?

I don't blame Warren for getting out. With hindsight, I regret not selling at 32p. The 2nd time I let a rise occurred and didn't sell.

I ask again, have you communicated with Nick regarding the registry which you created at his request? Does he plan to use the voting block?

But to be fair to Warren, he is on record several times for the past 2 years saying he regretted not selling all his shares in 2017 when he took some off the table. So he clearly took the opportunity to do so without losing.

I have exchanged email with Bob, and with Warren's tweet, it is clear that Warren has sold, and that Bob is with Jiangxi. I hate to think that Fort is right about the collusion. If it is so, that might explain why Nick asked Rodney to create his register and was upset at the pub.

I am not seeing anything other than hope PS which justify your stance and calling me weak. At the end of the day, you and I are facing the 28p and in a weak position to do anything about it.

It sticks in my craw what's happening with this 28p bid. Of course I know that Warren isn't perfect. He makes bad calls like the rest if us. I think he got burnt on Premier Nickel Resources, but often time he is more right than wrong.

I made a bad call not selling at 40p and continuing to hold. I have to accept that. Warren and Bob, BHP and Newmont are all with Jiangxi. I don't see what Nick can do between now and 26th that he couldn't have done before this 28p crisis. He pis-sed off the 2 majors and we are paying the price for that.

Taking 28p vs watch the SP tanks if the deal gets blocked and no other party show interest, then I think I will take the 28p.

Now we know why Warren's share holding wasn't reported. He is out. From his twitter post:
