I asked the AI what ASX rule would apply should DGR's shareholders needed to vote on an agreed deal between Solg and JCC given that NM own shares in both companies and that 95% of DGR's value is derived from its ownership of solg shares. The response is:

ASX Listing Rule 10.1 and possibly Chapter 2E of the Corporations Act because the situation described involves a potential related-party transaction.
