This isn't about being right or wrong for me. I can't help how I feel after Friday when the pattern looks like they feathered their nests with cheap options. I would remain optimistic had Nick wasn't on the list of those minded to accept the offer. I hope that I am wrong. Pretty much the one beacon of hope was that Nick would not sell cheap. Just the other day we decided to vote for him because people felt that he was on our side. I still cannot see how him being minded to support the offer is for our benefit unless it's 28p or bust.

Friday's rns was clear. Even Nick Mather is minded to accept that offer. We haven't seen another offer materialised. Warren, who was pretty much an insider, said it's a done deal at 28p because no one else has shown an interest. Add mentioned that Dan and Nick will be communicating with Telegram group guys and so far we have heard nowt. Dan is enjoying himself on LinkedIn and have no time to calm nerves here.

So, please prepare yourself that 28p is the final bid.

Even Slug who was certain that something in the 30p range would come this week is starting to back away from that bold statement and is comforting himself by hurling racial abuse at the Chinese 🤣😂

When BHP wanted Nick gone and he sent out an email asking for support, I supported him.

If that rns on Friday said xyz are minded to support Jiangxi except Nick Mather, I would not hesitate to support him. Aside from Kylie, he is my only other favourite Aussie.

You are pretty subdued like the rest of us. I know that you and your wife has ploughed a lot of cash into solg. I sincerely hope that you will be OK. I suspect that you will be going in and out, but even you didn't see 28p coming.

People are against an hostile bid. But honestly, that might be good for us because Jiangxi would have to increase from 28p to entice us to sell our shares.

Now we know why Nick was so upset at the pub. One would have thought he would have acted long before now.
