I don't believe an RNS with a further extension to the CASA sale has been issued. Perhaps the independant auditor has been asked some questions as to the representation of the outstanding liabilities of CASA in the accounts. They may have been asked if a further 'delay' to a sale would mean the liabilities would remain off the accounts for a third year and if they consider this is an accurate reflection of the financial state of the company.

At the end of Sept Rackla had less the CA$30k in the bank. To suggest that a minimum financing of CA$5m would put them in a position to purchase CASA for US$5m and pay it's debts (US $3.3m via shares) doesn't seem that far removed from suggesting that a dormant company such as Golden Square Equity Partners was a serious purchaser of an asset for several million dollars. Let's see what the next few weeks bring - the last update we had was the expectation of over $4m by last week....

Zak lists it at number 5 of stocks for 2022 - I guess that will give it a little bit of exposure

There are a couple of quotes from the 6th May investor call that deserve to be saved for posterity but apart from the licence changes being in relation to a potential commercial transaction I think my favourite is
'We anticipate finishing the scoping study by mid June'

All looking VERY INTERESTING and am now much happier about Mufulira processing. Initially I thought CB was referring to recommissioning an old processing facility just for this resource, he obviously wasn't and this sounds much more promising.

It does look good both in terms of grade and time to progress. I'm not sure I was convinced about the feasibility of the nearby processing CB mentioned but will dig into that a bit more at some stage.
There are 10m 2p warrants that were issued for the Africibum sale which expire in Oct. I'm expecting a concerted effort to get the SP well above 3p before then.

MMs case may not be valid but it did delay drilling. What sort of clause would a major put in a deal to account for that - everyone is entitled to their own view but I don't se3 a major being in a hurry to get involved in ongoing court cases.
