Looks like the AGM will be full of fun. I wonder will there be any technical issues ;-). Will ANY of the following be convincingly answered?
1. How much drilling has been completed?
2. How could we have MASSIVE COPPER SULPHIDES that give us a massive 4.3m at 0.59%?
3. Why was the Kalaba plant lease agreed without shareholders being informed? (As outlined in the annual report).
4. What has happened to the mining licence?
5. What is happening with the Cheyeza East plant and when is the extra drilling required planned to be completed?
6. How many majors are fighting over our MASSIVE COPPER SULPHIDES?
7. What is happening with the claim against Zamsort? Did the 'Switzerland if mining' article achieve anything?
8. What is happening with the CASA deal?
9. What are the current CASA liabilities? It is assumed sold AGAIN and up to date liabilities don't appear to be listed in the annual report?
10. What is the story Black Rock Petroleum in respect of the CASA deal? ( May RNS)
11. How much are Rothschild owed. We're they working in the MM issues?
12. Is the Chief now against Zamsort operating the licences?
13. When and at what price will the next placing be?
14. How smug do the directors feel about the surrender of options at a 10 day VWAP of 6.94p, the highest point of the SP?

Thanks guys, I guess one of these drills could be our next porphyry. Nothing like a bit of speculation to pass the time while we wait for more news.

Iterestingly the following is from the 5th May RNS - I assume we will get an update PRIOR to the date we were to expect $3.5m if the deal closed.

'c) As a condition to closing, Arc will receive a US$3.5m loan note in favour of Arc, payable by Golden Square on or before December 31, 2021. As security, Arc shall receive 3.5 million Common Shares of Black Rock Petroleum Co, an oil and gas exploration-stage company registered in Nevada and which is listed on the OTC Market in the United States;'

That is certainly the expectation but as far as I can see Black Rock Petroleum hasn't traded in the OTC since the 22nd Nov and had dropped aignificantly in price prio to that. If this stock no longer supports the CASA deal as announced in May then I would have expected an RNS.

Depending on how important they perceive the DHEM I wonder if they have sourced a different type of casing. I don't know if casings are interchangeable or if rigs need to be changed to suit. If they have sourced a non-metallic casing and aren't used to working with it they may have run into some issues?

The following is from an August report by Newcrest it seems they need to have a cut-off that produces at least A$18/t milled.
Cut-off Grade
A value algorithm is used to calculate the net smelter return (NSR) for each block using revenue and cost assumptions as of 31 December 2020. The NSR calculation takes into account Mineral Resource revenue factors, metallurgical recovery assumptions, and site operating costs. Site operating costs include mining cost, processing cost, relevant site general & administration costs. The breakeven cut off value equates to approximately A$18.00/t milled.

Anyone got any info on Racecourse North. In the Apr 2020 presentation it is shown as North but very slightly west of Racecourse. In the Toodyay ASX Ann it looks like it is North East of Racecourse. Perhaps it is this prospect that they are currently drilling.
I assume that if we find decent mineralisation in early holes wherever we are looking for our new porphyry we will get news either later this week or early next week.

As far as I am aware the only court case that the company has confirmed and hasn't been addressed is the one where Mushinge is sueing Zamsort. The March RNS made it sound like it would be dealt with quite quickly but there doesn't appear to be an end in sight.

Perhaps we will hear when they plan to do the additional drilling that is required before the plant can be confirmed as economic?
From the Dec 2020 RNS:
'Further drilling and testwork along with the respective technical studies will be required before the Company is able to formally confirm that the projects are economically viable.'

I suspect the fact that Jeremy was in London this month was related to the mines and money event. It may have been related to Xtract or to one of the other companies he is involved in. A lot of the mining community and investors seem to be involved. Perhaps a good place to gt news of Bushranger out or get a feel for what funding options might be available either near term or further down the road.
I think AA did a virtual presentation, I 'm pretty sure I also saw Empress Royalty name somewhere. I also wonder if they had to get the RNS out on Thursday due to some meetings Jeremy may have been attending, I suspect the RNS wasn't intended to be released so late.

I wonder if Mr Read visited Mines and Money in London the week before last.

I'm guessing this webinar was planned to go alongside Thursday's RNS because Colin talks about hole 35 'as we reported today' but for some reason it was delayed. Is it possible that they wanted this in the RNS but for some reason it couldn't be included and that caused the RNS to be released late on Thursday. Pure speculation on my part but releasing such a positive RNS mid afternoon seemed a bit odd.

Good presentation. Racecourse still open to the South plus the new Ascot porphyry. Also a clearer indication of the content of holes drilled between Racecourse and Ascot holes 33/35 (For me at least).
I think they expected a stronger market reaction. I thought when they released that RNS mid afternoon that we would have got another RNS on Friday Morning. I wonder if there was a reason that they needed to release it on Thursday rather than waiting for 7AM Friday.
Quinton said most of their drilling has been in the Vulcan State Forest - to me this implies some of it hasn't been. I wonder where their other drilling has been.
I wonder if Jeremy was in London on business.

Has anyone noticed that the ARCM chat boards have turned a most peculiar shade of green? I wonder is it related to verdigris at Kalumbila?

Having looked at the IP survey vertical slices again I think we may be targeting the shallow red area to the east seen prominently on the third line from the top but it appears to extend to both the north and the south.

I can see why you think that but you are way off the mark. I think BT has seemed more like pump and dump trader at times rather than the CEO of a company listed on the main market. There are a lot of RNS, tweets etc but I have seen too much inconsistency in the story they are telling to be totally convinced. On KAV I would like to see MM and HG do a presentation- to me that would be more convincing than BT gliding through a slick presentation.
I think CB was trying to avoid telling the market we hadn't found copper in our licences. It is only my opinion but I would prefer to see the 'poor' news delivered promptly but with clear information on our next plan of attack. Obviously the wider market also wants to know how soon any new drill results might appear.
Obviously we could all do the jobs better than those already in them ;-).
