In March the company said this
'Arc wishes to inform shareholders that in light of a media report about a bogus debt claim made against Zamsort Limited ("Zamsort") relating to a $5.8m capital raise by Zamsort in 2015 (prior to Arc becoming a shareholder), it notes that the case is without any merit and is not expected to proceed following the withdrawal today of a key plaintiff. Zamsort is additionally launching an immediate action in the High Court of Zambia to dismiss the bogus claim as fictitious.'

6 months later, in October, it said this
'The Company notes media speculation in a Zambian newspaper in respect of a debt claim made by Terra Metals and others, including Mumena Mushinge, a former shareholder of Zamsort Ltd ("Zamsort") against Zamsort, a subsidiary of the Company, in connection with a $5.8m capital raise by Zamsort in 2015 (prior to Arc becoming a shareholder of Zamsort). Arc considers that the case is without any merit, as originally notified on 10 March 2021.'

I believe there was a report in the Zambian press that it had gone to arbitration, if that is correct it could take years. I'm not sure what happened to the company taking immediate action in March to dismiss the claim as fictitous.
I wonder how the drilling is progressing? And those assay results from Fwiji?

I'm no geologist either but I think the siliceous alteration means we have a significant chance of gold here.

I'll do my best but I'm a bit distracted by the indications of gold elsewhere :-).

I'm hoping hole 30 might show some gold at depth. Is the siliceous alteration in hole 29 significant? Perhaps an indication for what the SE might contain.

Yep - apparently I am CB and am being taken to court for manipulation of the ARCM SP. I have also apparently been someone acting for the KAV board, China Blue on Twitter, multiple other users who ever had the temerity to post anything negative on the ARCM board. I was invested in ARCM but sold the vast majority of my holding shortly after the directors 'Surrendered ' their options at the top of the share price. The surrender of director options together with the loss of their mining licence was a red flag and I got a torrent of unbelievable abuse for putting forward my opinion. I am very fond of those guys and wouldn't want them to forget me!!
Now you all know why I won't have a bad word said about CB ;-).

From the AGM notice
'Shares issued in lieu of Deferred Fees will be calculated on a quarterly basis for services that have been provided to the Company during that quarter (payment in arrears). The shares shall be issued at a price representing the average weighted share price over the quarter during which the services have been rendered and issued' so the recent drop is not relevant here.
I am not defending the silence nor the error in the RNS.

The BOD treating shareholders with utter contempt is not what I would call
'nearing the end of the co-ordinated effort to disrupt a genuinely exciting time for this exploration company'

I'm not surprised the top brand isn't being utilised, it is ARCM after all ;-).

I am interested to see what happens at next week's presentation. Consistency of information hasn't been a strong point up until now so I am looking forward to seeing who presents next week and what the message is. Obviously views change as exploration progresses.

The director shares were already known about prior to the AGM. I'm not sure that it is either a positive or negative sign.
The consultants shares are more interesting as the issue price is the same as the SFR subscription price.

At the end of Sept Kopore had 1.1 quarters of funding available and they mention selling Kopore shares to support any requirement for cash flow. It is an assumption that they will sell a large portion if their shares but I haven't seen any mention of any other means of accessing cash.

Why?
MASSIVE COPPER sSulphides resulting in 4.3m @0.59% copper didn't impress the market!
1) The millions of shares Kopore are selling into an already depressed market.
2) The ongoing court cases.
3) I expect the Fwiji Assays to push the SP down further
4) lack of any updates on drilling suggests no significant copper has been found.
5) Lack of confidence in the BOD after their performance this year
6) Fully funded placing was supposedly for additional deeper drilling. Approx 18 holes at approx 500m - how many of these have been acheived?
7) I am expecting some sort of finance to be required in the next number of weeks.
8) Lack CASA money.
9) Scoping study requires further drilling so FCF is nowhere in sight. In addition there is no mining licence in place.
10) Drilling about complete for the season.
11) Folk will realise that majors don't discuss a transaction for a year with no formal updates. Assumption therefore is that there is no serious interest from majors.
12) Kopore have a 'free carry' on Botswana licences.
13) CASA liabilities don't appear to be detailed in the annual report and weren't in last year's either.

Can you please clarify if your post below is accusing Colin Bird, Xtract Resources, of manipulating ARC Mineral's share price?

I didn't access the presentation but the Chairman's statement in Thursday's RNS states
'We now have confirmation that the contract expired at the end of Phase 1, although both parties remain in dialogue and DHSC are still providing us with access to their Government-funded equipment to provide the infrastructure to grow our businesses.'
To me the above is saying access to the gov equipment is agreed

The DAM Health contract RNS stated it was a Heads of Terms agreement - do ODX have a definite legal contract with DAM Health?

 

Fulmar tried similar tactics on the KAV board, with similar results, when he believed I was somehow related to the KAV BoD. Their research is first class.

I know BT made a comment when delays to cores being sent off for assay were being discussed but I personally believe that the mention of other parties was a distraction as he knew everyone wants to see assay results. At the time he also mentioned that the exploration manager not being in Botswana had delayed the cores being sent off. I believe the cores are split before being sent off for assay and half the cores are retained therefore I don't see other parties interest as a realistic reason for delaying assays. Obviously this is just my view.

I agree but I struggle to see how they will have something like that which can be in an RNS before some time after the final assays have been received. I am more than happy to be wrong about that. I also think whatever we get needs to be via RNS in order to catch the attention of more investors.
