Look at last year's AGM notice . Shares were issued during the year, including for our fully funded raise so a lack of related resoluton is obviously no indication of lack of intention to issue shares.

I should have been clearer the stated lengths are consistent but the line depicting the drill are different. I realise not a lot of emphasis should be put on this but I was trying to figure out where our little bit of gold was in relation to the IP map and the current resource.

Unless I've missed something the end of hole 12 doesn't go as far out as previous diagrams showed it. The end of hole 12 is shown inside the current resource footprint on today's map ( I realise that doesn't mean it is part of the current resource). Previous diagrams show hole 12 extending outside the current resource area. I realise these diagrams are only to try to help folk visualise the location of the drills rather than an accurate depiction of resource. I don't know if this is a correction or an error on the map in today's RNS.

Apologies I should have stayted my rationale
1) The millions of shares Kopore will be selling into an already depressed market.
2) The ongoing court cases.
3) I expect the Fwiji Assays to push the SP down further
4) lack of any updates on drilling suggests no significant copper has been found.
5) Lack of confidence in the BOD after their performance this year
6) Fully funded placing was supposedly for additional deeper drilling. Approx 18 holes at approx 500m - how many of these have been acheived?
7) I am expecting some sort of finance to be required in the next number of weeks.
8) Lack CASA money.
9) Scoping study requires further drilling so FCF is nowhere in sight. In addition there is no mining licence in place.
10) Drilling about complete for the season.
11) Folk will realise that majors don't discuss a transaction for a year with no formal updates. Assumption therefore is that there is no serious interest from majors.
12) Kopore have a 'free carry' on Botswana licences.

I've temporily forgotten the rest of the likely candidates for driving a smaller market cap.

The fact that folk believe I am working on behalf of MM is a great indication of the level of intelligence of some folk. No wonder folk believed the fairy tales they were being told. 2.5p by Friday and 2p by the end of Jan is my prediction on the SP. 2p may arrive beforehand but it may not. What has happened to the drilling and assay updates? Were ther just too many 'MASSIVES' for an RNS?

I can understand your thinking. I'm not sure we have a concept of where the bottom of the proterozoic is. It would be interesting to see what is at the bottom at location KSZDD001! In my view he point at which the proterozoic begins and how consistent that is with their models would give some indication of how accurate their various assumptions are with regard to the location of the conductors.

The 16th Nov RNS stated
'Kavango Resources plc (LSE:KAV), the exploration company targeting the discovery of world-class mineral deposits in Botswana, is pleased to announce completion of Hole KSZDD001 in the Company's Kalahari Suture Zone ("KSZ") Project. Copper sulphide mineralisation and locally abundant fine grained, interstitial magnetite were encountered from first contact with the Proterozoic gabbro, at 951m to the end of hole at 1,000m ("EOH"). This was consistent with the Company's geophysical modelling of the Proterozoic gabbros, which are believed to be the source of the "Great Red Spot" magnetic anomaly (the "GRS").'

The 22nd Sept RNS stated
'First, the Company plans to drill a geological hole to a depth of up to 1,000m, targeting what it believes to be the shallowest point of the magnetic high of the Great Red Spot. Kavango expects to encounter Karoo and Proterozoic gabbros in this hole.'

I don't see how the proterozoic at 951m was consistent with KAVs geophysical modelling. Target area B was supposed to have the shallowest proterozoic in the Great Red Spot. GRS-1 hit the proterozoic at 917m.
The modelling is obviously complex and previously had limited data to verify it. Considering today's RNS I really want to understand how valid their latest models are. I realise that appears to be part of the companies plans. From my perspective I hope Hillary and Mike are soon going to be involved in a presentation and explain their thoughts on the latest findings.
