The latest assay results were received on the 9th Dec last year. I assume this means drilling stopped in early November. Drilling didn't start until mid July this year. I assume if drilling hasn't already finished for the season then it will finish in the next week or so.

Well it is finally some news! About time Mr Bird!

Obviously not great news. The depths that have been drilled on the various licences is interesting . Some holes significantly deeper than I expected. This is exploration so nothing is guaranteed but Mr Bird needs to do a better job of keeping shareholders informed.

It seems like the purchase price was considered low but at least some of the risks built into that offer have materialised.

Thanks Gixxer the valuation lines up with the 2014 agreed sale but I'm confused about the tonnage. I looked at the NI 43-101 report on Sedar lodged in August 2012
'Augusta’s 2012 drilling campaign at the Rosemont Deposit has increased both the quantity and confidence level of the estimated mineral resources, which presently totals about 919.3 million tons of measured and indicated, sulfide and mixed mineral resources grading 0.51% CuEqv, 0.41% Cu, 0.014% Mo, and 0.11 ounces per ton Ag, at a 0.15% CuEqv cutoff for sulfide and 0.30% CuEqv cutoff for a minor mixed component. An additional 138.6 million tons of inferred sulfide and mixed mineral resources are estimated at a grade of 0.49% CuEqv, 0.40% Cu, 0.012% Mo, and 0.10 ounces per ton Ag, at the same cutoffs. '

I realise we are talking tonnes and tons but still...

I've just looked at the NI 43-101 report lodged by augusta in 2012 and it seems to agree with

I'm now confused! I am still convinced it's the 2014 sale between Augusta and Hubday which does seem to agree with the sale price Gixxer quoted. I assume the resource considered for the sale was the NI 43-101 resource lodged in Sedar by Augusta but can't say for certain.

Did CB make any reference to grades or the resource category at Rosemont?
I assume the sale he referenced was the Augusta Hubday transaction in 2014.
I haven't read much on Rosemont but would be happy if we got the grades it has. I'm assuming the following info is correct.

Last week I sent their Spanish email address a query about the Lfts they were using. I got a response from one of their Spanish clinics and they weren't using odx. Someone might want to do a similar thing next week

We used four-acid digest for our analysis so it looks like it will include the copper content of copper oxide.

I don't know the geology/chemistry but I was under the impression that the Cu:Sc signature was for detecting copper sulphide and not copper oxide. We have some cobalt which presumably will alter the magnetic signature. What are the EM anomalies based on?

Read my post!! I was asking why didn't they delay the deal not the RNS. Perhaps they expect the SP to continue it's decay?

If ARCM expect all these court cases / issues to be resolved in the next week why did they not delay the Kopore deal until then? To me it points the fact that they don't expect these issues to be resolved in the near future. A lot of the issues may not have substance but if there was no problem why did ARC take MM on as a director and give him a lease on the Kalaba plant that shareholders weren't made aware of?

And the good news is those poor guys appear to have finally escaped from quarantine. I think it was around the 9th June when F79 posted he had got a response from someone and that the airborne survey was delayed due to the guys having to quarantine. I'm sure they're happy to have been released.
