Do we know if the exploration manager has made it back to Botswana or is his absence still holding up processing of the core for assay prep?

I agree with your thinking. I don't understand how assessing tonnage is much different to providing a resource estimate. I would guess the tonnage would contain anything above a cut-off grade so minimum grades will be required. Presumably a tonnage figure would also need to account for waste within the area being considered.

Thanks for the info DC. I assume this is the reason we haven't had confirmation of SZ cash. I was searching for info on the deal with Ka****u when I came across this. We definitely need an all encompassing update from GLR.

It would be interesting to hear more about the info provided at the AGM. Some things in the article don't appear to align with SZ but it seems too coincident. Also, the article is from June so things may have changed since.

I don't believe the shares are subject to a lock in but neither can they dump all 35.5 m shares at once. See statement regarding selling the shares here

What do you think the mess with the Kalaba plant lease was about? Do you you not think that was someone's marvellous idea of brokering a deal over the other claims???

I think there's probably been a bit of conflict of priorities between XTR Bushranger and GLR KCB drilling. I'm pretty convinced QH has shares in both as a result of the 2 acquisitions. Christian Cordier also got shares in both as a result of the 2 acquisitions. Someone got 10m 2p warrants in GLR for the KCB acquisitions which expire next Oct- I'm guessing this may have been Christian Cordier. I suspect these aren't the only 2.common names. The employee/consultant incentives are also applicable to both companies. I suspect QH has spent much more time on Bushranger than on the KCB in the last 6 months.

I hope you are on the mend. Do you think they can/will be doing some ad-hoc soil analysis via XRF to help target the drilling?

I assume this will allow ARC to acces some much needed finance. I don't believe a major deal is on it's way but I do think this allows some financing to be arranged. I think even the BOD have got to recognise a placing at this price would not go down well. Obviously only my opinion.

'The Company notes media speculation in a Zambian newspaper in respect of a debt claim made by Terra Metals and others, including Mumena Mushinge, a former shareholder of Zamsort Ltd ("Zamsort") against Zamsort, a subsidiary of the Company, in connection with a $5.8m capital raise by Zamsort in 2015 (prior to Arc becoming a shareholder of Zamsort). Arc considers that the case is without any merit, as originally notified on 10 March 2021.

 

The Company also notes further recent media speculation in Zambia that Zamsort and another of Arc's local subsidiaries, Handa Resources Limited ("Handa"), have been placed into receivership is incorrect. An ex-parte order was issued on 14 September 2021 which purports to restrict Zamsort or Handa from disposing of, alienating or encumbering the mineral tenements known as Kalaba Mine under small scale mining licence number 8248-HQ-SML* and large scale mining licence number 19906-HQ-LEL and purports to place these tenements into receivership. The Company considers the order was not properly obtained and Arc expects the order to be set aside imminently.'

Does this mean we now only have one court case against Zamsort?

I don't think CB was suggesting a JORC wasn't required.
CB has been pretty good about not overpromising during phase 2. I hope he hasn't just chucked that approach out the window.
