The deleted posts are being carefully monitored. Manipulation of discussions can be subject to investigations and court cases. If the BOD are responsible they are putting themselves in jeopardy of losing the right to be a director.

A resolution to the licence disputes may well provide an uplift to the SP. However it seems the court cases being heard in the next couple of weeks relate to a prosecution by the 'PPS'of Zambia. The arbitration over the licences is seperate and can take a loong time.

That sounds reasonable but I don't think we have actually issued any equity to Mindea yet.
On the 28th May TVR was 360,602,139
On the 10th Jan TVR was 406,570,533

The new equity consisted of
36,363,638 from the placing
9,393,183 warrants
211,574 shares issued to Mike Moles.

I can't see where we have issued Mindea with any equity yet.

I just reread the statement and realised that I misread the statement the first time - I read it as the options did lapse when Michael left the board which is not what it says! My reasoning for it being Michael isn't really valid now.
What makes you think it might be Chuck. Is it because he is under the notification threshold already or is there an additional reason for that assumption?

Yesterday's RNS had the following statement
'As required by Section 430(2B) of the Companies Act 2006, the Company confirms that no remuneration is payable consequent upon or in respect of Michael Foster's retirement. Michael will receive pro-rated Board fees to the date of his retirement. He will not receive any payment for loss of office or any other payment in relation to the cessation of his appointment with the Company. However, in accordance with the terms of the 'founders' options granted to Michael on 6 November 2018, 1 May 2019 and 5 May 2020 will not lapse upon his departure from the Board'

I think Michael Foster had still 3,680,000 options from the above, he may also have had some other options and warrants. I suspect the 2 Mike's may have come to an arrangement. If this is the case then we should see another RNS shortly for exercise of options.

I believe this is what the original promise of an interview with MM from around Aug/Sept time has morphed into.

Your statement is no different to the 14th Dec RNS that I can see whereas the 14th Dec RNS didn't include info about the ongoing studies?

Is this not the difference between today's RNS and the previous one.

Any thoughts on how long their studies are likely to take?
