I didn't put a value of 1.6p on the SP. I suggested this is the level the SP would be at close on St Valentine's day. The SP has been declining steadily since March and I don't expect this to change in the near to medium term and have not suggested that 1.6p would be the lowest the SP would reach. Obviously this is only my opinion and is based on no expectation of CASA cash, exisitance of $3.3m of CASA liabilities and an expectation that court cases involving arbitration can take a loong time to resolves (years).

Perhaps my SP prediction for mid Feb was a tad optimistic.

IF we get to the point where we can force AA to show their hand. Then I would prefer the following strategy (assuming my assumptions are correct).
Update resource for Racecourse and drill a 'few' holes in additional porphry(s) to attempt to add value to EL5574.
If our other tenements look promising then sell EL5574 and a first right of refusal to the other tenements. This would mean we get near term funds but also have the potential to add further value. This would mean prospective purchasers also get the option to expand their holding. The other tenements appear to have very little work done so it is likely we would spend more time on them before we have a chance of finding anything worthwhile. This is similar to what GLR did with Sandfire licence sales, although I suspect there was more to that deal than immediately obvious.

I'm interested to see the Manica update due imminently never mind what happens in Q3 :-).

Court cases - won't be dealt with but it will be interesting to see how the rampers explain this.
CASA- how will ARCM and the rampers explain no sale in January?
Casa liabilities- how will these be paid?
Fwiji assay results- will these appear or will they have been 'lost'
FCF - won't materialise neither will a positive scoping study
Further drill results - I don't expect to see any more copper and probably no further results.
SP - I expect it to continue on it's downward trajectory.
Botswana - will be interesting to see how they play this - will it be be in a similar vein to Zamsort when CASA was in trouble. I suspect funds will be tight so they might struggle here.
I am also looking forward to the NOMAD explaining how they dealt with the various issues that they were made aware of.

We might get a few new shareholders who enjoy comedy if we can just get a photographer to follow NVS, Vasillios and Remy to document their escapades.

Perhaps in a couple of years when all the court cases are resolved we will have found another 4.3m @ 0.59% copper.

I agree - My guess would be Newcrest or Sandfire are more likely customers. However in order for either to proceed we would need to get AA to state their position. I think a decision to mine is likely to be the most direct route for that but I must admit that I don't know how far we would need to go down that route to force AA's hand. I am not convinced JR went to London either Chrismas shopping or for a cosy chat with Zak.

In December it was stated at $3m. I assume we have an the air survey, drilling and Rothschilds still to pay not to mention directors salaries and the remainder of the funds due from the infamous 'options surrender. I don't think there's much spare there to cover the $3.3m CASA liabilities.

I assume from your response that you have no rational explanation as to how how ARC would pay the $3.3m CASA liabilities if Rackla, with $60k in the bank, don't manage to find the $8.3m to purchase CASA? Serious investors ought to consider any financial risks to their investment - obviously this is only my opinion and not investment advice.
Obviously Rackla might find the funds, ARC might find commercially economical copper, ARC might get the bogus court cases that delayed drilling resolved, ARC might provide some info on the FCF that should be appearing about now and ARC might even provide some feedback on what majors are fighting over our 70%ish share of 4.3m of copper at 0.59% copper.
