Good grief! Is that Turtlewax attempting reasoned discussion?

Investors were informed that the placing last Match was for deeper drilling in spite of the fact that deeper drilling had already been planned earlier in the year when we were told we were fully funded. The legal cases prevented drilling for some of the season. This was not the fault of the drill contractor so I assume any contract agreed will still need to be paid.

Reading the incentive award scheme the drill contractor may be eligible for the short term incentive scheme. I would be a bit surprised if they are but I don't know how much difference an incentivised drill contractor would make to timescales.
'Short Term Incentive Awards: Eligible Participants with direct involvement in meeting short term operational targets for example production or exploration targets will be eligible for incentive awards determined by the remuneration committee. The maximum award shall be capped at two (2) times the Eligible Participants' Comparable Median Annual Salary. Awards may be paid in cash and /or Company shares and if in Company shares based on the 30- day VWAP following announcement of the Company's interim and final results. Awards of Company shares to Directors and PDMRs may be subject to a minimum holding period of up to 3 months to be determined.'
Interestingly Ian Wallace ceased being a director of ProspectOre in Oct. The awards can be made to eligible leavers for up to 12 months after they leave. If Ian is to get any transaction award we need news before Oct!
I am however a tad annoyed at the lack of early Jan news! Note: I didn't say surprised!
 

Worth listening to any interviews with Colin Bird. Don't take the interviews at face value but research the companies and their project. He was in charge of Kiwara when they discovered Kalumbila - the mine that ARCM are desperately trying to find a little sister for. Kiwara sold it to FQ for a significant sum. He is on the hunt for another Kalumbila so worth keeping an eye on. Sorry for the OT but other posters raised the potential.

Also, worth asking the NOMAD to sort their act out.

Just as well I didn't bet on the legal issues being resolved this year.

The following tweet from Nov has been shown to be untrue both via the AGM and the docs made public in the last few days. He stated:
'Understand from sources close to the company #ARCM would never do a deal with MM.'

The rampers are very obviously concerned about information becoming public knowledge in spite of their statements to the contrary. That is very telling.

My conclusions are totally different to the AVCT conclusions so are probably totally wrong!

I think if you were approved prior to the 1st Sept you stay approved. The exemptions is for tests where approval was applied for prior to the end of Oct but is awaiting approval (and hasn't been rejected or withdrawn). (See my previous post).

34c refers to 34a which refers to 38 which is the requirement for validation (I think). If the test was approved before 1st Sept it seems to not need validation. If the test was submitted for approval then it can be sold while waiting approval. This doesn't agree with your post but presumably the need is driven from the requirements of 34?

I've been digging around a bit and wonder what drives the need for validation if the test was approved prior to the end of Oct?

I am surprised we haven't heard more about the KCB. I wonder if we are just keeping the seat warm and the exploration was to keep the licences in good standing.

My understanding is that if they aren't listed as approved or exempted then they can't sell. I'm not an expert.

You are right on all counts.

If we supplied the gov before then the gov contract should be still ok but I think private sales would be impacted.

With those grades, if it goes to near plan then GLR should on it's way.

Perhaps someone who uses twitter can post the drop box links on there.

I am not sure what world you inhabit. Suggesting NVS is principled when you aware of what and how he has communicated with investors over the last year is rather fanciful.
You communicated on this board in early June, apparently info received from NVS, that drilling and aem survey were delayed due to the guys having to quarantine. The drilling started late July and the AEM I think was Nov time. In that case I am not sure if it wa you or NVS seeking to deceive.

I assume we are probably still waiting for permissions for some of the revised drill locations. I can understand if the drill team took a well deserved extended break over Christmas that drill news woild be delayed. This doesn't explain the delayed assays, although of course we have already had news that some of the holes between Racecourse and Ascot had limited mineralisation.
I am also looking forward to the VERY IMMINENT Manica update!
