It's a question. If the NOMAD are doing their job then they should force an RNS within a couple of days - therefore one SHOULD be imminent.

I wonder have they changed the drill locations based on what they found or didn't find with the first 4 drills? That's fine as plans change and I'm sure Mr Bird knows to give us drill details with or before assays results.

ARCM are supposedly still in talks with AA for Zambian assets.
I have reduced my holding in ARCM to very little. Not impressed with the last few months of comms - lots of discrepancies and no comms on some significant issues.
Kopore ASX announcement says they get a free carry on their retained 25% of the Botswana licences but ARCM RNS doesn't mention it - having found loads of issues with historic RNS with ARCM I suspect the Kopore announcement is correct.

I assume you saw the deal ARCM are supposedly doing to acquire 75% of two "drill ready" licences off Kopore for £1.2m plus a 1% NSR. Kopore also appear to be getting a free carry on their remaining 25%.

Sandfire are in the process of acquiring over a dozen licences off GLR and AFR. I think they also acquired some significant land holdings last year. I wonder at what point they decide they have enough on their plates. I also wonder if the Botswana competition authority will become concerned if their land holdings continue to increase.

So your take is we must hit massive sulphides for it to be economic.

I'm no geo and only got interested in exploration companies in the last year so I'm quite happy for someone to tell me I'm talking nonsense here. Why do we need massive visible sulphides in the core? Do we not just want high grade mineralisation? I'm not sure of the mechanisms of achieving this. While looking for something unrelated I came across Rockcliff Metals TSA20-002 discovery hole.
The appears to have 15% visible sulphides but a high grade content.

I assume if we had visible massive sulphides then the chance of high grade metals is good but presumably we can be economic without massive sulphides.

It certainly could be a major, it was his use of the word 'firm' that made me think institutional investor, although I agree fire assays appear to be more in line with the requirements of a 'major'.

Is it likely that the 'other firm that would want to see fire assays' is an institutional investor?

I suspect that is the broker feeding the warrants through. There were nearly 57m 3p warrants in the block listing. I imagine we're probably over halfway through. This is a guess as I don't think it's necessarily the case that all the warrants in the block listing will be exercised.

I'm expecting news within the week.
I've just been in touch with the NOMAD again and made it very clear that I expect them to do their job. I have been assured that my queries will be dealt with as 'a matter of urgency'.

I would love to see a list of all exploration companies (particularly majors) who would back a statement that a free carry doesn't matter or is irrelevant. Your research is astounding!

We are purchasing 75% of Alvis who have the 2 licences in Botswana. There is 1% NSR due to Kopore.

The Kopore announcement states Kopore get a free carry on their retained 25% but I can't see any reference to this in the ARC RNS. Hmmmm?
