They said the claim wasn't valid but if the court case had been thrown out then that would be something that should be the subject of an RNS and as this would be good news why would NVS not be shouting about it? SeisNav's previous post applies to misleading info be it positive or negative.

Multiple porphyry units were mentioned in the RNS. I want to know more about these!! Are we likely to get an updated model during phase 2?

Anyone want to tell me it's not wishful thinking when I point out that the latest RNS doesn't specify the type of mineralisation in the veins of the core.
'BRDD-21-007 was drilled at an angle of -55 degrees towards the northeast. Multiple porphyry units were intersected and disseminated chalcopyrite copper mineralisation was persistent throughout the hole from 46m depth. Stronger vein/disseminated mineralisation was developed over a 173m interval between 239m-412m depth in the core of the system. Detailed logging and core cutting are in progress to prepare samples for laboratory analysis.'

I agree and I have thought from I saw the drill locations that the first 2 drills were looking for gold. They were shallow angled and seemed to be heading in the general direction of the 8g/t gold from BRC014.

Anyone else think the following is what CB could be saying?

Do you know approximately when in the interview he said that?

The May RNS discusses PL39 and 40 and drill planning for them but doesn't explicitly state that's where the drill is going. The latest RNS suggests exploration is required to keep the SFR licences in good standing. I wonder if some of the drilling is occurring on the for sale licences.

It does appear to be good news. Just pretty much an extension to the completion date. It includes some reimbursement for any additional exploration on the for sale licences. Relinquishment of one licence which is no big deal.

It was a joke that someone couldn't read the contract....

I find the potential here fascinating and have zero background in geology. I wonder how our geologists are coping with suspense? I would love to see their reaction if we recover cores with significant content.

There's some info on the JLP chat forum that suggests the pollution is getting additional attention so the political pressure may well result in significant progress this year.

What's the latest estimation for completion of the zinc circuit? That should add significant value to the Ka****u asset without much work on it even being completed.

I think if they find decent grades in a deposit that is mineable and have reasonable confidence that their few drills do not exist in isolation then 60p doesn't seem a stretch. They will be lucky to get perfect results on the first drill but they have done a lot of prep. It could take significant effort to get that perfect result or they could hit it on the first drill. Not a risk free share. I generally have my feet firmly on the ground when it comes to small cap shares but it is difficult not to dream of a extraordinary outcome here. :-)

You may be correct Howezap but I read it as covering the Racecourse area alone although I got the impression from the first geology call that the drone survey would cover more to try to understand any multiple porphyries present. I guess they need to keep an eye on spend and are trying to tick off Racecourse in phase 2.
I assume the following statement in the RNS means we want to confirm copper/gold mineralisation is present in the brilliantly named Footrot before doing too much more work on it.
'Historical surface geochemistry (soils and aircore drilling) shows a copper anomaly associated with this chargeability response, and a drill hole in 2014 hit altered porphyritic monzonitic intrusives, possibly suggestive of another mineralised porphyry system in this area, thereby highlighting a strong target for testing later in the Phase Two drilling programme.'
This is just my impression and it could be wildly wrong!
