Looking at the historic and new red dots on the presentation we appear to be drilling another hole on the same pad as before. There is also a further hole from a pad to the left. We didn't get a cross section for the last 2 drill results. Looking at the long section and the cross section for holes 002 and 003 I assume they are trying to get more accurate hit on the top of the 'fingers' from the last 4 holes of phase 1.

I agree that they seem like a good fit but I went digging after someone posted about them pulling out of selling a stake in their Zambian assets. FQM announced a serious focus on debt reduction in Dec last year which seems to be continuing with them selling stakes in other assets with that aim. They also appear to be trying to reduce their exposure to Zambia. It is not clear exactly what happened between Jiangxi and FQM but the Chinese may be a more likely customer.

I tend to agree with the sentiment that no news is bad news where CB is concerned, we may get a late Fri RNS (not great) or one first thing on Monday re the SFR sale. I always viewed the SFR share puchase as a means of putting money into GLR (rather than an investment as such) possibly as recompense for flying some of the licence areas. The silence definitely isn't good but drilling through the Kalahari sands can be challenging and we would be very fortunate to hit anything significant on the first couple of drills.

I'm guessing with the drillers now working two shifts that either we have the casing installed in the sands layer or have taken the decision that it is sufficiently stable to proceed without it,

No offence but horse whispering isn't a recognised form of comms on AIM. There are many items that require clarification via RNS but no RNS is forthcoming - is this because the news is that good they cannot put it in an RNS???

This is a deal GLR are inthe process with Sandfire for- it still hasn't completed. There are 9 licences here and the deal structure is different. The area is very popular at the moment but the 75% of the 2 licences does seem expensive. If there are tonnes of copper and silver in the licences then they won't work out expensive - the gamble of exploration.

Could you pleade clarify what you think has changed with your last two remarks?

I agree about Dr Q and a mini Ridgeway and I hope he is successful while staying focused on the the main aims of the program.

I do think the first 2 drills are aimed at an interesting part of our model so I am looking forward to the assay results from those.

It very definitely was you that upset him today Steve!! Good to see a much more realistic approach to timescales and near term aims. They do however still have the task to find me a decent patch of gold!

I have no idea what I'm talking about (as usual) but I've just had a look at some images of Boda core and I've decided the core photos in our RNS don't look too bad at all. Obviously these are likely to be the higher grade areas. So what is the red writing in the second image 'drill fail ?

I think if 1 or 2 targets come good we would be happy never mind 5 or 6 (but I wouldn't say no).

Any idea how Botswana Competition authority views Sandfire acquisition of licences? They've bought a few this year and I haven't found anything in relation to the competition authority for any of them (either positive or negative). Last year SFR appear to have acquired a chunk of licences just above Kavango's area in the KSZ. As far as I can tell the SFR licences are unexplored. I wonder if KAV is successful will SFR turn a lot of their attention to exploring those. I think they will be keen on at least some of the GLR licences but wonder if they will carry on their large acquisitions.
