I do have issues with some of the attempted bullying that goes on on this board by other individuals.
You got an email from the company stating AEM was delayed due to Covid quarantine requirements - could you please remind me when you received that email?

Unscrupulous companies rely on people moving on and not getting issues addressed. The NOMAD is there to do a job and unless someone holds them to account investors will continue to suffer. The only mechanism there is to hold them to account is to report issues to them and then take it further if they don't take action when it is shown action was required.

As I said a previous issue related to mining licences. Interviews were stating/implying one thing while something quite different was the reality. Some investors claimed to have received an email that all was ok, etc - I don't know of the email existed or not but if it did it certainly didn't portray reality.

On two occasions in the past there has been reason for contacting the NOMAD regarding companies I was invested in. It was the same NOMAD on both occasions but not the one used by ARCM. Multiple people contacted the NOMAD and specified the issues they thought required addressing. On both occasions an RNS was issued by the company within 2/3 days addressing the issues.
The issues that appear outstanding from ARCM are
CASA cash
Kalaba mining licence
New companies that appear to hold our licences
Scoping study
Clarification of Sturec Royalty
On going court case
Apparent 2nd court case
AEM survey

Interestingly one of the previous issues related to a mining licence in Zambia. It sat for months in another name with no formal comms from the company. I did contact the NOMAD a couple of weeks ago but at that point the issues weren't quite so numerous.

Is it possible that they are considering an IPO on Bushranger assuming phase 2 is successful?

To clarify I meant Jeremy stepping down doesn't appear to be particularly good news.
Wanting to cash in on Bushranger could be a valid explanation which puts it in the neutral/ positive territory.

I think once a couple of holes are drilled to confirm the presence of copper in the KCB we will see the SP react appropriately ( and that is not accounting for the KSZ drilling!).

The probability of them having such resources on their licences seems like a good bet. I am not sure how far they would progress any proven prospects themselves even with an IPO on Kanye.

Already done. I suggest anyone else with concerns do the same. The NOMAD is obliged to ensure ARCM knows it's obligations in communicating to shareholders.

Considering the total lack of comms and likely lack of appetite for a placing I wonder if we would get told if ARCM obtain additional finance from other sources?

Could someone kindly remind me what timescales we were told for assay results on this phase? I know we were told but can't recall which interview it was in.

There was a statement about no guarantee of a success payment in the original RNS in Jan. I don't think there is anything sinister in the statement but neither am I counting on near term success payments.

I assume the relinquishing of licences is a compromise on the amount of exploration completed and trying to retain the most prospective areas. I just noticed PL252/2018 and PL254/2018 are no longer in the list of excluded licences so I assume GLR have relinquished these.

A lot of the reports don't appear particularly well articulated which suggests there is limited liability. However, it has been shown that issues in Zambia don't necessarily disappear if they have limited liability.
