Why do so many folk become so defensive when I post some new info? Surely investors are interested in both the potential risk and the potential reward in order to make informed decisions?

I think you'll find I try not to mislead folk, or intentionally post incorrect info. As has has been pointed out here the FCA will take a dim viw of someone trying to influence the share price with information that they know to be incorrect. Obviously my view of the company is not as rosy as yours.

NOW I'm REALLY intrigued by MR250K, if they exist, when they started selling and what information prompted them to sell.

I would hope if bushranger open pit is economic and other prospects look promising we could get funds via other means but we do need to get to that point....

In an interview some time ago CB alluded to the fact that Bushranger potentially deserved it's own vehicle. I'm not sure what 'vehicle' he was thinking of at the time. Nor am I sure of the benefits this would give as it would need to fund all the overheads for a seperate listing.

This is obviously price sensitive news so If It were True an RNS should have been released.

Do you know if a wife and husband normally declare seperately? As a director the 67m shares included his wife's shares but I think that may be 2 seperate declarations now - so no longer over the threshold?
The MM and Stone Creek Global issue appears to go back at least as far as Aug 2019 so it may be a red herring. Neither sure if anyone was able to confirm that it relates ARCM shares.

I know folk have been looking for clarification. The info in the existing RNS seems quite limited so I'm not sure how he can clarify without adding more info but maybe we've just missed the obvious.

I assume we will get an RNS this afternoon so that Ben can discuss more info than we currently have.

It looks like Chilibwe Mining have also been in the courts this year.

The licence area immediately below us has a new application in. It looks like the old licence was allowed to expire. I'm pretty sure this area was previously Chilibwe Mining which had Caleb as director.

MM was on the website as a major shareholder earlier in the year. IF he had defaulted and the holder took full ownership then I would imagine that they would be obliged provide a TR-1. I'm not sure how he has disappeared from the website but there has been no release of any relevant info to shareholders.

I don't think we will see confirmation (or not) of Star Zinc payments until the accounts are issued - we should already have received the $700k.

IF we find some indicators of economic metals on our licences and the SFR deal completes then I think it could have a significant impact on the SP but unlikely to be to the extent you are talking. If CB has been uncharacteristically quiet while making significant progress in Botswana and we have something approaching confidence of an economic discovery then all bets are off ( I don't see this as very likely).
