The 2020 RNS wasn't terribly clear on the date of expiry of the super warrants but the latest POW RNS states that they expire Sept 2022.

It amazes me how poor the LSE filter appears to be. It seems to be constantly breaking - they really ought to sort that out. Fulmar, RichieH, Shorn at al perhaps you could let them know how the posts reappear when the filter stops working so that they can fix it. :-)

Any thoughts on the AEM survey. Do we think the guys are still in quarantine?

In one place It talks about a wide alteration zone and it also task is about significant widths of pyrrhotite-pyrite mineralisation and associated copper sulphides. The latter use of widths suggesting that the mineralisation got very weak in parts. Maybe a very long length of mineralisation but very weak in parts. CB probably hasn't forgotten the crap we gave him for grades not being up to scratch on earlier holes and perhaps you can teach an old dog..

I tend to agree with the sentiment tk95 - I think a private investor would be unlikely to exercise warrants under those conditions unless there was extreme confidence of an SP rise. I think KAV must be entering a closed period due to interim results probably being issued in October. I suppose KAV do need to show confidence in the JV but they should still act to get best returns for shareholders. I guess that due to the marginality of the SP they've made the call to exercise early.

I think my early assumption of where drill 15 is is incorrect. Considering their comments on focussing on the new SE anomaly and the open pit extensions, it won't be as far north as I had assumed.

The fact that the early exercise is well before the 20th Sep anniversary date together with the current POW SP seems unusual. The BOD have presumably decided the SP price risk is reasonable. Does the fact that they have exercised early mean POW need funds, possibly to support some aspect of the JV about to materialise or does it mean KAV is about to go into a closed period with regard to the JV?

I agree drill 14 at that sort of grade seems reasonable given it's positioning. I thought this was a well written RNS that provided sufficient info to put the potential that they've found into context. I'm surprised that the market reaction hasn't been more positive.
I hope Newcrest are paying more attention!

Excellent! I think drill 15 may be beside BRC9 which was drilled to 102m and found 2m @ 0.8g/t au from 98m.

NVS said MM's claim was bogus but it still appears to have resulted in an injunction against Zamsort. If that case had been dealt with to the benefit of ARC shareholders then there would have been an RNS.

You may well be correct. Any thought on when NVS might start communicating openly and honestly with shareholders? The statement on the court case in March cannot be counted as disclosure.

I came across this by accident while looking for something unrelated. I thought it might have an impact on the likelihood of Ka****u progressing, hence my post.

Also note the date of completion for the TR-1 for Hargreaves Hale selling off was the 9th of March. I suspect this is the reason NVS issued the RNS.

This is a different case than the one NVS referred to in the RNS. I wasn't sure if it was just rumour but from what Fulmar said yesterday it is actually a case being brought. I wonder how many more there are. I also wonder what Rothschilds were brought in for - the same thing that drove the licence reorganisation?

This is a small drilling company compared to Mitchell's so I'm not sure how realistic it is to expect them to be drilling multiple shifts a day for months on end without the odd break. I don't think a weekend off while the rig gets some TLC would be reportable.
