RE: Rns28 Jan 2021 09:47
we are expecting proper assay results on the bulk samples collected in September October 2020 from Clogau
Most of us expected that info by the end of Decemeber then it became known they intended to use the pilot plant to process these
The assay results, we have been told will be by the end of Q1 2021 (i,e, before March 31). What is significant is that the BOD have warrants at 0.42p which expire on March 27th 2021 exercise value about £600k So, if I were them, I'd be saving up some sentiment well prior to then in order to propel the shares up and make some intrinsic value in those warrants, which would otherwise expire worthless.
There's drilling to results to come, and more trenching results. So far its all been good. Dont interpret drill core gold content as grades, as the distibution is nuggety, so its not a representative sample.
Ive noticed that the shares in this company are very sentiment driven, however imo, in the long run fundamental value is what counts. An example would be that the SP dropped when the Gwynfynydd exploration licence was aquired, which is absolute nonsense as it can only add fundamental value.
As a thinnly traded stock, then beware of market makers games. There is also a paradox of falling shareprice inducing holders to sell ... whereas if you are confident in long term value, then it shows good value to buy. Invariably such drops are followed by late reported trades, invariably large volume buys.
My advice, do your own research to gain an insight into the long term value of the share
Accept that many current holders are jittery and even small volumes change prices (as MMs arent holding large reserves of it)
Market makers play games
There are accounts on bulletin boards like this that try to induce behaviours in investors, which are contrary to their own intentions, to profit from your losses (zero sum game theory)
Be analytical, unemotional and decisive
