My understanding is that the following limits are applied due to IMO 2020
0.5% m/m sulphur outside ECA
0.1% m/m sulhpur inside ECA

The common arrangement with coasters, prior to Jan 20 was to burn HFO outside ECA and MGO (marine gas oil) within or approaching ECA. Following Jan 2020 then these same coasters have generally been usint VLSFO for outside ECA and MGO inside ECA.

I can see how conventional MSAR could be used outside and inside the ECA with scrubbers. My question is, would it be possible to produce a bioMSAR which is within the sulphur limits without the use of scrubbers. Its not practicable to retro fit scrubbers to small coasters. Further, would it be possible to produce a bioMSAR which satisfies even the 0.1% m/m limit ?

Am I right in saying that if this could be tested on a vessel that would normally use MGO (like one often trading in a SECA) then subject to a LONO trial then the fuel could be used as an alternative to MGO. Now that is a big deal. 3000GT coasters tend to burn about 7T a day. Not a lot in comparison to big container vessels but there's a lot of them about.

You could probably pick up an old coaster for £2M, or at least charter one for a year to get the LONO done (and make some money on carrying cargo too)

The weakest link in our portfolio is probably HH (as Brockham is for all intents and purposes written off)
The derampers never seem to mention that, as it is a valid credible source of concern, they obsess on one of our most probable of resources since their aim is to cast doubt on good resources as it can make a greater impact than pointing out the weaknesses of already dubious resources.

Yes I'd rather shareholder preemptive financing ... still , under the circimstances I'm not sure the company had many options at the time. I'd certainly rather they didnt make a habit of it

Yes @Glasir, I'd rather a SP reflect its fundamental value as opposed to being subject to speculative / group action bubbles as they invariably have a problematic downside. Furthermore I'm planning to increase my holding when other shares reach their targets. That said , triggering the accelerator clauses on some warrants would go a long way towards topping up cash reserves, minimising the need for fundraises in the medium future.

It's often the case with pre revenue companies that they trade at a significant discount to their fundamental value. Regrettably placings at large discounts seem more convenient to the company than public placings.

We know that news will come before end of March
We also know that there are 0.42p warrants expiring at the end of March
To prevent those from expiring worthless then I'm confident that those who can control newsflow will do all they can to generate positive sentiment prior to that date. There is nothing stopping them from releasing that news early once they have the results and have had time to analyse and interpret them.

You may be aeare that an investor has had a chat with GF, and GF has asked for some questions to be put in writing to him which he will endeavour to answer. That may give a fair idea of the plans for the year and the potential for key assets to apprecitate in value from further exploration. We may have further information on horse hill production. I'd view Brockham as dead in the water ... literally in the water. For me, the best outcome for HH is that it gets some reasonable production and we sell it on that basis. I believe Clogau StDavids and later Gwynfynydd will provide a more reliable and more in our control income stream than HH.

No I dont think its supressing bad news. For my satisfaction (not the markets) the most comprehensive of samples have been taken over 100 years ago. It tells me most of what I want to know about the grades there (and at Gwynfynydd)

I'm more irritated that it was not made clear in October 2020 that the recovered samples would not be sent away to a lab, but would be processed in house first, in our own pilot plant, which is targetted to be operational in .... 3months

I like transparency and honesty not "news flow" or "investor expectaion management"

I'd like something that i can see how mnay MMs are there and what htey are doing with a bit more detail , is that what level 2 gives ?

if it doesnt bounce now, then I think it will find a new support level well below 0.32 not long to go for this afternoon
