RE: Breakthrough Point23 Jan 2026 09:37
A truly transformative bit of news would be non dilutive funding for some of the Motzfeldt exploration for the coming summer. As GF is probably in the process of seeking tenders for the summer drilling campaign, he will shortly have some firm numbers on the funding requirement. He has indicated a strong confidence in starting development within 18 months. I suspect that one deposit may start development before the other as one is more advanced in terms of exploration than the other. I would expect a fund raise around April to fund this, and it is not unreasonable at all. If George plays his cards right, then even a proportion of non dilutive funding will clamour a great deal more investor confidence.
All but the most naive of investors would class placings per se as a bad thing. Funds are needed for development of our projects. As you are aware, I opposed granting the authority to the BOD to make unlimited placings, which is not the same as opposing placings. Far from it, I proposed dynamic limits which would have brought some focus to the BOD for building confidence through good communication and clearly set out plans. Placings at all time lows SP are generally a bad thing, but it's not where we are and I think there may be some gains to be made in the coming weeks and months that may make the coming placing decent value from the position we find ourselves in. A placing at anything above 0.035p would, in my view be a good result. I think we can all agree that the BOD have made strides forward in terms of communication which I especially welcome.
